Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. (a)Achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover of Rs.21.16Lakhs.

Mandating satisfactory completion (Work done) as a prime contractor for at least any similar work value not less than Rs.10.58 Lakhs

Contractor should submit line of credit/letter of credit to meet credit facility for the above work 30% of amount put to tender Rs 6.35 Lakhs from the nationalized bank only, No private bank will be accepted.

Tenderers registered in BBMP or equivalent registration of KPWD/CPWD or any state Governmental Organization for the execution of works

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under For Assessed available tender capacity refer the tender document

For any other conditions refer the tender document

Regardless of any labour related issues that may arise bidder will be the sole responsible person

The contractor shall not quote labour rates below the minimum wages prescribed in the government order all quoted rates must strictly comply with the prevailing government approved labour wage norms

Bidders shall quote the amount for Items excluding GST

The amount put tender is exclusive of 18% GST for the estimated cost
