Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheets any gauge thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber in scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs and mud stops, denching, coping rounded or chamfered on edges and similar works, including necessary form work mixed with water proofing compound , complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto coarses, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Second class hard-wood in scantlings, wrought, timber framed and fixed, complete all as specified.

0.63 mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts , in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 gms per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 11 above but except sheeting

0.63 mm thick, galvanised, Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 gms per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 13 above but except sheeting

Mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work comforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete as as specified.

Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor finish, surface finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles , homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement , all as specified. complete all as specified. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 in facia/edges/ceiling of chajjas and roof projections etc. including taking out peeled off plaster/ concrete and making the line in true shape , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Supply only Liquid water proofing admixture, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
