Providing PMC Services including Supervision, Quality control for the work of Resurfacing to selected Arterial, Sub arterial and other Major roads in Vasanth Nagar sub division pertaining to Shivaji Nagar Assembly Constituency (Package-03) for the year 2025-26 (Comprising of 09 works of Govt anexure-1 Sl No 54, 55, 61, 62, 67, 69, 72, 76 & 80)

The Consultancy Firm / Company should have been involved in the Civil Engineering Consultancy Services for minimum 5 years. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish Tax Registration Certificate along with the Technical Proposal.

Achieved at least in two Financial Years a minimum Average Financial Turnover in all classes of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only of Rs. 14.62 Lakhs during last 5 financial year i.e 202021 to 202425. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10 per year to bring them to the Price Level of 202425. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish the Turnover Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Technical Proposal.

Each tender in its name should have Executed and completed successfully in Urban Conditions Project Management Consultancy for at least one Roads and other Works for which the total Value of Construction project is not less than Rs. 976.33 Lakhs. during last 5 financial year ie 2020-21 to 2024-25. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid.

Consultants must have Key professional required (as detailed in Terms of Reference) having experience in construction of Roads and drains and other utilities to be deployed exclusively for this consultancy contract. The employer or competent authority shall furnish the CVs of the personnel and the availability of the personnel for the project till completion of the assignment.

For assignments on a staff-time basis, the estimated number of key professional staff-months is given in the Data Sheet. The proposal shall, however, be based on the number of key professional staff-months estimated by the firm
