Taking up or down 16 mm bore PPR pipe and connections complete all as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as directed.

Fixing only old serviceable GI tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, nipples, sockets, tees, unions, short pieces etc. and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore PPR pipe and connections complete all as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as directed.

Fixing only old serviceable GI tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade with all new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, nipples, sockets, tees, unions, short pieces etc. and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes,pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.Complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, of 150 mm internal diameter (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, 150mm dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 Concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate below the NP2 pipe, complerte all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC type 1:2:4 B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in floor to fix floor trap, nahani trap, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measuredoverall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipe 75 mm bore in any length with rubber joints , ISI marked fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PVC(SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, 75mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC(SWR) gully trap 125/110mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, Type 'A' single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, including down old existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) eqial or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable water tanks of capacity of 250 to 500 ltrs and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoisting and fixing of 500 ltr capacity rotational mounted polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, connecting up pipes and security access covers including 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and hight density plastic ball complete all as specified and as directed. Make: ISI Marked of Sintex/ Polycon/Rotax/Supreme.

Dismantling of old unserviceable water tanks of capacity exc 500 but not exc 1000 ltrs and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoisting and fixing of 1000 ltr capacity rotational mounted polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, connecting up pipes and security access covers including 25mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and hight density plastic ball complete all as specified and as directed. Make: ISI Marked of Sintex/ Polycon/Rotax/Supreme.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick/ stone walls surfaces including. racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with WPC @2% wt of cement on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’)

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 – 2003. MAKE : SIKA/ ACCOPROOF/ CICCO NO-1

Material and Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labours for two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on newly plastered surfaces of walls incl. primer and necessary preparation of surfacesall as specified and directed.
