REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF LT PANELS, CABLE AND CONNECTED ITEMS FOR ANSHANKAN BLDG UNDER AGE (I) R and D MANALI.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured cable (heavy duty) electric cable of 300 Sqmm x 3.5 Core with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade of following size after taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying only of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required above 185 sqmm upto 400 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable 300X3.5 core of 1.1 KV grade

Supplying and making indoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials, for 300 sqmm size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

Supplying and making straight through joint 95 sqmm sizex 3.5 core with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and making straight through joint of 300 sqmm sizex 3.5 core with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and directed.

Arranging fault locating machine to locate the fault in underground electric power cable of any length & any type of 11 KV/1.1 KV grade HT/ LT cables & pin point the fault, it also include testing of the cable after locating fault and cutting the cable at Fault to fix the joint including excavation and earth wotrk in any type of soil complete Note : Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective of Sch 'A' (ii) If fault is not rectifed within 24 hours after receivng message , the contractor shall be charged penalty for Rs 500/- per Hours & the same has been deducred from his account during RAR

Supply & fixing in repair of moulded case circuit breaker four pole 630 Amps 50 KA capacity 415V 50Hz with adjustable thermal and magnetic relay incl replacement of lugs & disconnecting and taking out the old unservicable MCCB from panel/DBs/ etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and directed. (Make of MCCB's Legrand/Havells/L&T/C&S) as per site requirement.
