Note: The scope of work also includes following Items and the rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included for the same: [a] The indoor unit shall be hanged with ceiling by means of dash / anchor fasteners. The outdoor unit shall be installed on Terrace / Masonry Foundation / PCC Foundation using suitable MS Frame as per OEM specification, the legs shall be grouted with PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate or fixed to Walls with suitable MS Angle Iron Frame. Note: All AC Units shall have copper condenser coil. [b] Interconnecting Refrigerant Heavy Gauge Copper Piping of size 7/8 inch with 13mm thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation up to 15 metres distance, 25mm dia PVC, Heavy Duty Drain Pipe with 6mm thick Armaflex / Nitrile Rubber insulation shall be provided up to suitable drain point up to 10 metres, Electrical Earthing & Cabling [Copper] from Outdoor unit to Indoor Unit including FP, MCB of required rating as per OEM specifications duly housed in an enclosure. [c] Provision of suitable protection on Low & High Voltage as per OEM specifications. [d] Lifting, Shifting & Positioning of Indoor & Outdoor units with miscellaneous items etc. as per site requirement. [e] The rate quoted is deemed to be including the cost of taking down old AC Units and depositing to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed.
