Documents of constitution of the legal entity: The Bidder shall submit the copies of MOA (Memorandum of Association) or AOA (Articles of Association) of the company.
Power of Attorney duly registered/notarized issued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board of Directors) in favour of the individual, signing the Bid on behalf of the company).
Copy of Board of resolution in support of Power of Attorney.
Certificate of Incorporation.

The bidders shall only quote "AT PAR" or "ABOVE" percentage for "Schedule C", If bidders quote below/negative percentage for the schedule mentioned above then offer shall be treated as non-responsive and the offer will not be considered.
The bidders may quote "AT PAR"/ "ABOVE" or "BELOW" percentage for individual /overall scheduled items of "Schedule A to B and "Schedule D to F".
The bidders shall only quote "AT PAR" for "Schedule G" item. If bidders quote below/negative or above/positive percentage for "Schedule G" then offer shall be treated as non-responsive and the offer will not be considered.
