| 1.00Supply of clay earth material from designated borrow area at Raithal (near Mokalsar) District Jalore, including cost of material, excavation, loading, transporting, unloading, stacking and levelling of material at Indroka Dam site, complete in all respect. Note: a. Measurement of payable quantity shall be done on the basis of volume of pit excavated (excluding stripped top soil material) i.e. Bank volume at designated borrow area. However, the bank volume shall not exceed the volume measured after compaction at site by the construction agency. In case clay material is not compacted by the construction agency then the bank volume shall be co-related with the stack measurement after deduction of swell factor of the clay material. b. The rate shall be inclusive of stripping of top soil (min. 300 mm thick) to be removed for excavation of suitable clay material and disposal of stripped material at suitable place to satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. c. The rate shall be inclusive of GST (as applicable), Short Term Permit (STP) fee, Statutory charges to the State Government, Royalty charges, cost of material to be excavated, excavation, loading, transportation, enroute toll, stacking and levelling at Indroka Dam site. d. The proof of submission of Royalty charges paid on account of material excavation and vehicle challan receipt on account of transportation done, shall be submitted by the contractor, for verification. | ||||
