Annual Maintenance of Cost.:- Providing comprehensive maintenance for a period of five years including one year warranty bound from date of commissioning & handing over of the equipment to the owner as certified by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall guarantee the equipment against all deffects of materials and workmanship for the period of 5 years, including the compressor. Any deffects arising during this comprehensive maintenance period shall be rectified and made good by the vendor at his own risk and cost to the satisfaction owner the contractor will provide sufficient No of service/ operator team (available 12 hours) along with the service spares during the guarantee ( defect) period at site. Any defects, including drain, arising will be attended with in 24 hours. The rates coated by the contractor shall be complete including cost of all labour and material etc.
