(a) Making all arrangements for taking out the electrical driven submersible pump set of capacity 20 HP after disconnecting complete electrical connection, column pipes, N.R. etc and lifting from borewell and transportation from site to workshop and workshop to site after repairing and lowering the pump set. Job 01. (b) Rotor shaft welding, turning, polishing by lathe work. Job 01. (c) The following items for Repair and rewinding of pump set:- (i) Suupper enamaled copper wire for submersible motor - Kg 16.50. (ii) Sand Guard - Each 01. (iii) Fibre case lock - Mtr 24. (iv) Gun Metal Bushing - Nos 02. (v) Pump Shaft - Nos 01. (vi) Difuser - Each 01. (vii) Suction Strainer - Each 01. (viii) Cast Iron Impeller - Each 02. (ix) Thurst carbon plate - Nos 01. (d) M&L for automatic star - Deleta starter in sheet steel housing, three phase 415 Volt 50Hz for submersible pump of capacity 20 HP, 15 KW Relay range - 13.2 to 20 Amps incl Birelay with single phase preventor all as directed. Each 01. (e) Removing of defective gasket in eight number flanges pipe including air release valve complete including 8 mm thick rubber gasket in double piece in eight number flanges pipe including air release valve complete all as directed. Each Jub 01. (f) Labour charge for Re-winding of motor. Job 01.
