Maintenance of Lawn area i/c weeding, watering, manuring / top dressing, mowing and maintenance of seasonal beds etc. as per direction of officer-in-charge (per month 24600 sqm which may be increased or decreased as per actual measurement for payment)

Maintenance of hedge i/c hoeing watering, clipping and removal of clippings etc. as per direction of officer-in-charge (per month 4600 metre, which may be increased or decreased as per actual measurement for payment).

Maintenance of shrubs i/c hoeing, watering, trimining and pruining etc. as per direction of officer-in-charge.(per month 675 nos, which may be increased or decreased as per actual measurement for payment).

Maintenance of trees upto 4 years old i/c hoeing, watering, trimming and pruning etc. as per direction of officer-in-charge (per month 350 nos, which may be increased or decreased as per actual measurement for payment).

Providing and placing in position of seasonal plants/seedlings, pitunia/ dahlia /dianthus / inca merygold / phlox / salvia / gazania species / french merigold / poppy species / sweet william / zinnia species / dwarf sungold sunflower / gaillardia / cosmos flower etc. in thum pot and plantation as per direction of officer in charge.

Providing and Plantation of Hedge at site i/c preparation of pits for plantation , watering and removal of unserveiceable materials as per direction of officer in charge. Hedge plant- Murayya Exotica / Golden Duranta etc.

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials beyond Airport premises as per direction of officer in charge (necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor).

Providing and watering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. tree, shrubs, hedge, ground cover etc. at the site of work . Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.
