Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. ( for pipe and pits) up to all depths and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, pick jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/ hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited, in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable materials/ soils separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soils in 15 cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / unusable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying jointing and testing in trenches GMS plain ended fully butt welded joints below mentioned diameter grade conforming toIS: 1239-2001 (latest with upto date amendments) suitable to with stand required hydroulic test pressure in random length 4m - 6m and jointed with fully butt welded joints,electrical arc welding requsite number of weld so as achieve the minimum effective throate thikness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1957 by using welding electrodes as per IS: 814-2004. The laying of pipe should conform to IS: 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manual and will include all operation such as cutting, welding and jointing including flushing ,cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge incluidng entire carriage of materials upto all leads andlifts. Pipes will be measured in straight length only (earth work in trenchesand butt welded joint wil lbe measured and paid for separately).

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding of GMS pipe (Medium/ Hevy) welded in requiste number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Orelon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS: 814-1991 at site of work complete in all respect, including manual/ mechanical handling of pipe in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.( Butt welding joints of various dia).

Laying, Jointing and testing galvanized mild steel tube screwed and socketed in trenches of following dia. including tube fittings such as bends, tees, reducers, unions etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in:-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding cutting and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
