Providing and laying Cement concrete Wearing coat M-30 grade with graded stone chips 19mm down including screening and cleaning approved stone chips and sand as necessary laying, finishing complete to camber and grade, curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and hire charges for form work including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications vide clause no. 2702 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavements: Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris,marking defective locations and removing loose concrete bycareful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting theconcrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surfaceand removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete( crack/spalling shall be sealed with epoxy injection/grouting coating of epoxy resin @ 0.80kg /sqm should be applied (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2805).

Painting the vertical end faces of posts, wheel guards or railing or parapet with alternate bands of different colours as directed by the Engineer -in charge with approved synthetic enamel paint
