Material and labour for half brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement rendering in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 incl water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 3% finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed. Note -WPC shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement rendering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, incl water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 3% finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed. Note -WPC shall be measured and paid separetly.

S&F Non Skid ceramic tiles colour 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 including brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, lin steps, kneelers, bed plates, apex stones kerbs benching , levelling course and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purline from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall, Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c, so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid and painted with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved shed /make over a coat of cement primer before installing it on the grid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Note : (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item. (c.) The work shall be executed by authorised reps of one of the approved manufacturer . The contractor shall submit the ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with one of the approved manufacturer before placing the work order. (d) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film will be included. (e) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc. included.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper including primer as per manufacturer guidelines using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (c) Cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item. (d) The work shall be executed by authorised reps of one of the approved manufacturer . The contractor shall submit the ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with one of the approved manufacturer before placing the work order.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and irected. Note (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item. (c.) The work shall be executed by authorised reps of one of the approved manufacturer . The contractor shall submit the ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with one of the approved manufacturer before placing the work order. (d) Guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion as per Contract defect liability Period . (Make : ASIAN, BERGER and DULEX)

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat (included) with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note :- (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item. (c.) The work shall be executed by authorised reps of one of the approved manufacturer . The contractor shall submit the ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with one of the approved manufacturer before placing the work order. (d) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount shall be kept reserved for 05 years againt guarantee from contractor'e due payment . PART-II (E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully copper/aluminum existing point wiring (light/fan/socket or power points) complete incl wooden battens/casing capping or conduit etc (without disturbing existing fittings point wiring etc) and all connected fittings such as switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, brackets ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings and fan regulator etc and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material & labour GI tube light grade 40 mm for protection of UG cable including dismantling of old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Ceiling fan of any size/sweep for replacing bearing, bush or for rewinding after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire incl. cleaning dust, oiling greasing, servicing and replacing bearing, gun metal bush, rubber reel with clamp and nut-bolt, washer, lock pin, excellation gear sytem, boby painting etc as existing including connecting flexible 3 core cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commioning & testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductors, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed to wall/under road/pipe etc with and including copper cable glands & copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to earth wire 4 mm dia GI wire with mild steel nuts bolts checknuts & washers and connected to equipment as directed incl funnel with Gi medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore , wire mesh , charcoal or coke and commn salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 50 mm thick precast RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars @ 15 cm c/c with suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar , 15 mm bore medium grade pipe for earth lead protection incl necessary excavation and earth wok in soft / loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
