Comprehensive maintenance as per manufacturer's recommandations for electrically operated 13 passenger lift ( 01 No) and 08 passenger lift (01 No), both lifts to serve G+3 floors at various locations of the following makes at INS Karna complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Makes of existing lifts: 13 Passenger lift : Excel elevators 08 Passenger lift : Thyssen krupp elevators Notes: 1. Contractor shall carryout the comprehensive maintenance/ periodical checks,routine maintenance, repairs and testing as per manufacturers recommendations through OEMs/ their accredited/ authorized agencies and shall employ lift mechanics and qualified electricians as directed by Eng-in-charge.

2.Comprehensive maintenance includes that maintain entire lift i.e cabin,doors control panel,drives,pulley,chain,gear system,etc 3.Supply only spares shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevant items. Labour component for fixing of spares shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. 4. Minor spares not catered seperately but which are essential for for smooth functioning of lifts are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. contractor shall not have any claim on this account. 5. Spares shall be replaced immeaditely when ever break down occurs.

Taking down old unserviceable / burnt main motor 3 phase, 380 Volts 9 KW, 1300/325 RPM and M&L for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire as existing or as per manufacturers instructions and all insulation item including varnishing, drying and refixing the same after necessary testing including replacement of nuts and bolts for foundation if necessary complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable / burnt main motor 3 phase, 380 Volts 11 KW, 1300/325 RPM and M&L for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire as existing or as per manufacturers instructionsand all insulation item including varnishing, drying and refixing the same after necessary testing including replacement of nuts and bolts for foundation if necessary complete all as directed.

S&F Gear box suitable for elevator with Phosphours bronze worm wheel and stainless steel worm wheel with shaft housed in cast iron housing with suitable bearings for worm wheel and worm shaft. The gear box shall be oil cooled with glass inspection window to inspect the oil level in the gear box. The gear box shall be provided with necessary key to lock the flange properly complete all as directed. Make : MOTANARAI/SICOR

Taking down old unserviceable Induction motor and S&F 3 phase induction motor 3 phase, 6.6 KW suitable for elevator and VVVF drive working on 400 V,AC supply,50 Hz,4 Pole,S4 class duty,40 % flange mounting with S class insulation. The motor shall have double shaft extension for fixing coupling flange on one end and on the other end to fix fly wheel both the shaft end and shall be provided with locking key to fix flange and fly wheel properly shaft dia shall not be less than 55 mm,thermsistor complete all as directed. Taking down Dual shaft extended brake unit and S&F Dual shaft extended brake unit working on110 V,DC supply,the brake unit shall have 2 coils with emergency release handle along with drums and arms with brake bands of 6 mm thicknesss complete all as directed. Make : MOTANARAI/SICOR

Taking down existing Traction sheave and S&F Cast Iron heated treated traction sheave 13 mm elevator steel rope along with locking key to mount on gear box,the sheave shall be of 520 mm dia woith 4 grooves for ropes complete all as directed. Make : MOTANARAI/SICOR
