Repairs to 300HP Starter unit no.01at L.I.S Zandfarn Zogiyar by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following job. a) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance, phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz. (01 no) b) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter of reputed make (01 no. each.) c) Providing, fitting & Testing of Contactor Field Coil to MNX 550A 415volt 50HZ. The Electromagnetic Contactor assembly coil voltage range 240V Ac. (01 no). The starter should be tested on full load after proper repairs at site.

Repairs to 300HP Starter unit no.01at L.I.S Gantamulla by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following job. a) Providing, fitting & Testing of Contactor Field Coil to Telemecanique & Controls LCIF500A 415volt 50HZ. The Electromagnetic Contactor assembly coil voltage range 240V Ac. (01 no) b) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance, phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz. (01 no) c) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter of reputed make (01 no. each.). d) Providing and fitting of new fuse set of reputed make as per sample. The job also includes the charge for repairs to damaged wiring wherever required, for the completion of work. The starter should be tested on full load after proper repairs (01 job)

Providing and fitting of Ball bearing no 6315 of reputed make for pumping unit no.02 at lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla. The job also include the charge of greasing to the bearing. After proper installation of bearing the pumping unit should be tested on full load.

Repairs to 100 HP ATS starter of lift irrigation scheme Kanispora by way of dismantling auto transformer coil at site, then loading in private load carrier, shifting it to workshop and unloading at workshop for necessary repairs mentioned below: a) Providing and fitting of new auto transformer coil fabricated out of copper wire of standard size and quality (03 legs @ 4.5 kg/leg approximately= 13.5 kg @1300/kg) b) Providing, fitting of insulation material such as cardboard, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, varnishing, nuts and bolts etc. c) Replacement of damaged brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections. d) Reassembling of auto coil at site by way of fitment of coils, core piece and after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts, bolts, soldering of connections and testing on full load. e) Deducting cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value of S.no. b. (i.e. 10.8 kg @ 450/kg). After proper repairs at workshop, shifting it to site in private load carrier and connected it carefully and tested it on full load.
