Annual Maintenance and upkeep of archaeological garden at Ancient tanks & Remains of Temple and structure at Benisagar, distt. West singbhum 2026- 2027 (S.No. 1.01 to 1.8) The provision has been made for Complete maintenance of the following entire garden features as per generally acceptable standard yardstick in the entire garden area i.e. to include lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & Lawn mower and Brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.)as per direction of the officer in-charge.

Towards the provision for Consumable Articles ( Bamboo broom with Stick 5 to 6 ft height, medium size Bamboo Basket, full size bamboo, Jute Hassion Cloths, Nylon rope, G.I Wire, Wooden handle, Brush Cutter Wire etc.) for day to day use in the garden as per actual requirements. The rate is inclusive of applicable GST. [Acre]

The provision has been made for Supplying of Manure ( Cattle Manure) The rate is Inclusive of applicable GST. [cum]

The provision has been made for Supply of fertilizers (Urea).The rates are based on local prevailing market rate. The rate is Inclusive of applicable GST. [KG]

The Provision of Good Earth has been made to fill up depression of lawns, adding and changing of flower bed, in rim, preparation of potted plants etc. The rate is inclusive of applicable GST.. [cum]

The provision has been made for different varieties of seeds/saplings for seasonal beds (two seasons: Summer & Winter as per requirement of the garden. The rate is inclusive of applicable GST. [LS]

The provision has been made for different species of plants saplings required for replacement of casualties and plantation of trees, flowering shrubs, hedges and ground covers etc. as per direction of the higher authority. Tentative quantity are 500 Nos Hedges ; 20 Nos. flowering shrubs & 10 Nos. small/ medium size tree saplings (The details of the plant species will be follows at the time of execution & requirements). The rate is inclusive of applicable GST. The Provision has been made for Providing, stacking and Displaying of different species of Indoor/ Outdoor Plants and well developed with full of fresh and healthy leaves in different sizes ranging from 18 cm to 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-incharge. ( The name of the species/ plants will be follows at the time execution as per actual requirements) The rate is inclusive of applicable GST and other cartages. [LS] Note:-The no of indoor/outdoor plant quantity will be followed at the time of execution of work in consultation with higher authority. Tentative no of plants is 50 No.

The provision has been made for repairs & replacement of damaged underground PVC pipeline system, Sprinkler to keep in good condition for proper irrigation of the garden includinglabour cost, materials and other charges.
