Excavation in Cutting in Soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m. Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3(for making superelevation)

Construction of Embankment with material obtained from Roadway Cutting/with approved materials deposited at site from roadway as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 (Filling/Patri Filling)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces trated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using penetration grade Catonic Bitumen Emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capasity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2.

Sealing the voids in a coldmix open graded carpeting surface and laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type B seal coat as per Technical Specification of MORD Clause 508 with suprime emulsion including all labour,material and T & P etc complete.as per the direction of engineer-in- charge .

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MORD specification Clause 1701 .

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MORD specification Clause 1701 .
