Dismantling of sewage non-clogging centrifugal pump set of 5/7.5HP capacity from sewage sump after disconnecting all electrical connections and sewage pipe lines and repair, servicing and overhauling and refixing after necessary replacement of following spares complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate for insulated paper sleeves shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (ii) Spares shall be measured and paid separely under respective items as supply only.

Material and labour for rewinding of motor of capacity 5/7.5 HP non clogging centrifugal sewage pumpset with super copper enameled wire and varnishing complete including changing of bearing on both ends, mechanical seals and 'o' rings at drive end re-coupling to the pumpset to original position test and commissioning the motor including taking down the burnt winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the pump set of 5Hp / 7.5 HP and repair and rewinding with super copper enameled wire and varnishing to improve the insulation capacity and refixing the pump set after repair and overhauling including taking down the burnt winding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares shall be measured and paid separely under following items as supply only.

Disconnection of electric cable from the panel board and taking out burnt submersible pumping set of capacity 10 HP to 25 HP by using chain pulley arrangement by dismantling 100/150 mm dia MS/CI column pipe from borewell and opening of submersible pump for repair and replacement of following unserviceable parts including re-fixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be included for transporation of pumping set from site to workshop for repair and return to pump house after repair. (ii) Spares shall be measured and paid separely under respective items as supply only.

Note: Spares shall be measured and paid separately under following items as supply only.

Supply and fix in repair direct-on-line starters in sheet-steel enclosure type MKI for motor rating 7.5 HP , AC-3 duty, 415V, 50Hz suitable for three phase supply complete all as specified and directed.

Repair, servicing, and overhauling of air compressor 21 CFM @ 10 kg/cm² and replace the following unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares shall be measured and paid separately under following items as supply only.

Material and labour for repair and maint of star delta starter of 30 HP capacity after disconnecting of incoming / outgoing connection, checking the serviceability of all components i.e existing contactors, over load relay, timer, single phase preventer, indicator lights, replacement of burnt out PVC insulated copper wire, copper thimble, re-connect the same after throughly cleaning and replace the following unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Spares shall be measured and paid separately under following items as supply only.

Note:- (i) Expenditure for conveyance of collecting raw and treated water sample from Each pump house No-1 , pump house no-2, pump house no-3 and pump house no-4 at 6 wing shall be borne by the contractor. (ii) Total cost of raw and treated water analysis from Each borewell i.e. PH No-1, PH No-2, PH No-3 and PH No-4 shall be considered as one job only.

Supply only bleaching powder stable of 33% chlorine complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sodium hypochloride solution 10-12% concentration (liquid chlorine) as per IS 11673-1992 in PVC container complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only crystal alum complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only copper sulphate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only calcium hypo-chloride 65% to 70% chloride content in chlorine in granular for water treatment in factory sealed HDPE container of 45 Kg each complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 21.00 to 25.00 :- The contractor shall produce original purchase voucher with manufacturer's test certificate mentioning date of manufacturing, batch No, date of expiry of materials etc before releasing payment.

Supply and fix in repair dosing Injector max pressure 10 Kg/ sq cm and max flow rate 10 Ltr / hr with complete accessories like lead, NRV, tubing, check valves complete all as specified and directed.
