Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling wall or ceiling (fibre pulp insulation etc) boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified.

M&L for 0.90mm thick Decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified.

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified.

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

S & F Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605 x 605 mm as specified and suspended with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. complete all as specified all as specified.

S&F for 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board (E- Board) for fixed to Aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces over ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemer over a coat of priming on board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified .

M & L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified .

M & L for preparation of new surfaces over ceiling and applying 2mm thick putty on ceiling sufrace and applying two coats of oil bound distemer over a coat of priming on board complete all as specified .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified .

Material & Labour for light shade vitrified coloured tiles 10mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors or skirting etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified

Material & Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors or skirting etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 /450 x300x7 mm thick on skiriting/ dado, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white/coloured to match over 10mm thick bedding layer of mortar to wall in cm (1:4) for laying tiles complete all as specified

Taking down shutter from the frame exe 1.00 Sqm and n exc 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified

Refixing of shutter exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 2 Sqm after necessary repairs in the same opening all as specified.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
