Providing and laying, Machine/Hand mixed , compacted plain, cement concrete (PCC), 1:4:8 (cement: sand: coarse aggregate) as levelling course act as base for flooring including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete as per specifications.

SINGLE COAT PLASTER: 12 to 19 mm thick Single coat mala or single coat rough / finished plaster to walls, ceilings, soffits, columns, piers etc. in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand) applied finished, smooth and cured complete to match with existing ceiling plaster and cleaning all surface and all. This item is also applicable as back coat of tiles in DADO, Granite. The rate shall be inclusive of CHHAT plaster. Actual area shall be measured and paid.

Providing and laying half brick partition walls of existing wall extended to ceiling or other as per requirements with good quality approved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand) including curing, rubbing the surface, racking out the joints etc. complete as directed and specified for walls, parapet, platform supports etc. Actual area shall be measured and paid.

Providing and laying brick masonry above plinth for super structure, for walls, pillars, parapet, cabin, steps, upstand and other similar locations etc. by using good quality bricks in true line, level and plumb including racking the joints upto 20mm depth, rubbing and cleaning the surface, with curing etc. complete as directed and specified. For 9" or more size wall thickness in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) Actual area shall be measured and paid.

Providing, laying and fixing in position FULL HEIGHT WALL TILES 300 mm x 200 mm or other any size as directed by engineer in charge. First quality glazed tiles of Johnson, Somani, NITCO or approved equivalent make, on cement slurry, finishing the joints in white cement and kept in a continuous vertical line, chasing the wall and finishing and making good the plaster flush with the tile and centre point plumbing fixtures, all complete as directed. Basic rate of Tiles = Rs. 540/- per SQM. Actual area shall be measured and paid.

Providing, laying and fixing in position ceramic FLOOR TILES/ Anti Skid Bathroom Tiles of approved colour, size, first quality and pattern specified for flooring laid in required position and slope with hairline joints including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4,filling joints with white/coloured cement slurry etc. Complete as directed by in charge Engineer. The rate shall be including cutting ,making holes all as directed. Basic rates of tiles 650 Rs. per SQMT. Actual area shall be measured and paid.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of U - PVC - SCHEDULE 80 GRADE (Approved make ) pipes with flanges and fittings with gaskets and hardware's, etc., ISI make as per specifications including excavation of trenches for laying pipe, chiselling brick/ plaster (upto depth of 1.5 mtr.), refilling and removal of excess earth, making connection to existing water supply line upto new proposed overhead tanks. For concealed in wall and exposed both type of works.

CRACK REPAIR: After removing floor tile with existing water proofing treatment, Cracks found on the concrete slab should be treated by, opening with a 3 mm cutter, filling them with electrometric sealants. The rate shall be inclusive of cleaning of the slab, remove any dust, grease, cementitious or any loose material, followed by power washing with necessary care, treated crack pound testing, etc. Location: First floor & above level)

Waterproofing sunk slab if required: Cleaning of sunk with wire brush after that laying I.P.S 75 mm thick Cement:sand:grit (1:2:4 )with all round vata up to 300 mm height using water proofing chemicals including filling of pipe holes or N.T. brickwork with slope on one side . The entire treatment should be checked with pond test. Contractor must give the bond for 5 years of guarantee. Actual area of slab covered shall be measured and paid.

Application of flexible liquid membrane coating over existing slab after the crack repair, removing of loose china mosaic surface and to be rectified with polymer cementious mortar, after repairing filled with penetrating type of low viscosity sealer as a primer to be applied to fill up the micro porosity of the substrate. Two coats of cementious brush applied flexible coating with 57% active polymer content hsd to be applied in which 25gsm polypropylene based geo textile fibber cloth with min. 1000 mm width roll to be used bh making sandwich between two coats of flexible cementious coating. First level of water pond test to be done after this level of treatment. After the cementious coat &and fibber cloth application, a single component water based pure acrylic white liquid membrane coating to be applied in to 3 coats consisting of first coat of primer diluting it with of first coat primer diluting it with water in ratio of 1:1, applying second and third coat by diluting 1 part liquid membrane and 20% water.

Providing and laying cement water proofing of average APPROX. 100 mm .( MAY BE LESS DEPENDING UPON SITE CONDITION FOR SLOPE ) thick for balcony, terrace, toilets and all the floors using cement mortar 1:5, arranging brick bats according to the slope, adding suitable chemical for water-tightness and again providing on top cement mortar 1:4 including addition of waterproofing compound and finishing the top with neat cement @ 2.75 kg/m² and preparing the rough surface as per direction and instructions, complete, including furnishing a guarantee bond for 5 years. The rate shall be inclusive of pound testing , etc. complete. LOCATION: Ground, Second and abow floor level

Providing & fixing of 30 mm net cheel patti boiling waterproof flush door with 1 mm thick laminate on both side (thickness with laminate 32 mm net ) including 18 mm x 30 mm net size Ghana teak Patti and necessary SS fixtures suah as 3 nos. of hinges, handles, baby latch on both side, etc. complete as directed by engineer. Rates including two coats of Enamel paint of FIRST quality and approve shade to give even shade over two coats of primer including cleaning of surfaces, filling the crevices with two coats of putty work.

Providing & fixing in position Mirror of required size using 6 mm water proof plywood,50 mm x 40 mm gross size Ghana teak beading Patti all four side fixed on wall using necessary fixtures as required. Rates including two coats of lacquer polish of approved make including cleaning the surface, filling the crevices with approved filler.5 mm thick mirror of Modiguard or equivalent. Black japan on backside of frame.

Providing & Fixing in position fix S.S. 304 net wire mesh shutter for windows using teak wood frame 1.5" x 1", teak wood beading 1" x 0.5" all complete as directed. ( Beading Patti out to out to be measured and paid )

Minor repairing work like replacing of wire mesh/ damaged wooden frame/glass/Hardwar's of existing door with frame, ventilation/ fixed glazing window/ mosquitos net shutter/ wire mesh shutter, etc. complete as directed by in charge site engineer. Rate are inclusive of polishing/ painting and Hardwar's as per existing and directed by site engineer.

Scrapping the existing distemper patches if any using sand paper & water pear to the maximum. Providing and applying two or more coats of putty work, three coats of acrylic washable distemper as directed by engineer in charge, two coats of primer as per satisfaction. The rates shall be inclusive of surface preparation, filling of holes and edges. Cleaning of doors. floors, switch boards etc complete.

Painting on woodwork with two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of First Quality as approved shade to give an even shade over required coats of primer including cleaning the surface, filling the crevices etc, as satisfaction of Engineer.

Painting STRUCTURAL STEEL with TWO COAT of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of FIRST quality and approved SHADE to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces with SAND / WATER PATER, putty work, primer etc. complete all as per specifications. LOCATION: Existing grills of door, window & ventilator and handrail any size.

French spirit polishing two or more coats including a coat of wood filler and shellac at 0.245 Kg./10 SQMT on old work etc. complete all as per satisfaction of Engineer (Rate inclusive of wood filler, pigment, woolen cloth, putty, sand paper, linseed oil, cotton etc.)

Carefully Dismantling / Removal : The debris needs to be transported outside the campus beyond AMC limit and NO extra tractor trips. to be provided.

Removing of existing backfilling/PCC/BBCC or other materials and transported outside the campus.

Removing of existing plaster/kota stone/marble/granite/ tiles dado any thick and size with debris transported outside the campus.

Removing of existing tiles/kota stone flooring including base mortar and brick otta, urinal channel, etc. with manual or machine brush if any with debris transporting outside the campus.
