Taking down and Re-Fixing of street light fitting of any size and capacity with MS clamp & GI bracket & connecting complete including junction box all as directed and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of weather proof, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, cable, with multistrandard aluminium conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm, 2 core, fixed from Junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 25 mm dia heavy duty, rigid non metallic PVC conduit inclusive fitting etc fixed on pole with mild steel clamps, nuts and bolts complete.

Taking down old U/S bracket, clamp of any size from pole all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S&F street light bracket fabricated from 40 mm bore galvanised iron tubing light grade, 1.5 metre long, bent to shape fixed on pole / bldg including mild steel flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts etc complet all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cross Arms bracings supports, clamps, back plate eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts , washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement junction box of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm made of FRP with double stud hinged door locking, including MCB 06 amps-02 No with dinrail for mounting MCB including suitable connector for looping and duly sealed with rubber plugs, fixed on pole with necessary clamp, nut, bolt etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement Tubes, 'medium grad',40mm dia, galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches/floor/fixing on pole / wall / tarmac etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errectioning in replacement prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 all as specified and directed

Supply and errectioning in replacement Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 all as specified and directed

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm aggregrate) in base & foundations of electric poles, stays structs etc including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil all as directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV , Type 1, flat, size250mmx l50mm x 40mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed. (Note: Work shall be executed as per clause 19.75 of standard schedule of rates part-1 (2009). For measurement purpose thickness of sand after punning down will be considered.)

Supply and installation, testing, commissioning, factory made, CPRI approved, outdoor type, LT Panel board, confirming to IS 5039 with IP-54 protection, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet , 415 Volt, 3 phase , 50 Hz supply mounted on and including MS angle section 40 x 40 x 5 mm frame with front and back openable, double door with provision of locking arrangement dust & vermin proof , gasket, TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof, overall powder coated complete including taking down old panel all as specified and directed & Consisting of the following equipment's:- (a) MCCB 415 Volt 120 Amps, 4 Pole, 16KA-01 (Incoming) (b) MCCB 415 Volt 63 Amps, 4 Pole 10 KA-02 Nos (Outgoing)

Note :- The LT Panel board shall be made of suitable size to accommodate the above fittings and should be fixed 1.2 metre above ground level . Quotted Rate should also include excavation , earth work and PCC work complete with testing all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. .

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply and laying in replacement Tubes, 'medium grad',80mm dia, galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches/floor/fixing on pole / wall / tarmac etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for provision of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel protected by galvanised iron light grade 15 mm dia pipe and GI Pipe 20 mm light grade for water filling including 15x20 mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, RCC cover PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil, to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 5 of 1991 (Part-I)complete including disconnecting and dismantling of existing earthing all as directed.

Note :- User will be responsible for cable root clearance, duct clearance, any obstruction in laying and digging for cable etc if required.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 50mm dia, PN 12.5 SDR 11 for primary cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Laying only primary cable of any size layed in trunch/pipe /duct complete all as directed by CCR- in-charge Note : (i) Primary cable / accessories shall be issued by CCR department

M & L for removing of old primary cable from existing HDPE/PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed by concerned rep of CCR.

Laying, connecting of primary/Secondary cable in existing HDPE /PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed by concerned rep of CCR. Note : Primary/Secondary cable ,jointing materials ,male/female adaptor shall be issued by CCR department

M & L for dismantling top cover of CI box and removing old Isolation transformer single phase of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by concerned rep of CCR.

Fixing of Isolation Transformer single phase of any capacity in existing CI box including fixing top cover with sealing compound , gaskets ,nut bolt ,washers complete all as directed by concerned rep of CCR. Note : Isolation transformer, sealing compound, gaskets, nut bolt washers shall be issued by CCR department
