(A) Erection of main & auxiliary structure latice type ATMS, AXM, BTM etc consisting of coloumn, beam peak, mast etc and auxiliary structure of installation of CTs, PTs, LA etc. The job consists of shifting of all materials from store to site of erection and erection of structuress as per drawing with the help of GI nut & bolts, flat & spring washer with matching the hole, cuttag & mataching of memeber if required, including cost of all men and T&P excluding GI structure Nut & bolts to complete the work. GI structures, nut & bolt and washer will be provided by department free of cost.

(B) Erection of 145 KV Equipments (i) 145 kV SF-6 Circuit breaker

(C) Erection of 33 KV Equipments (i) 33 kV vacume circuit breaker

(ii) 33 kV Isolator

(iii) 33 kV Current Transformer

(iv) 33 kV Lightening arrestor

(v) 33 kV CTJunction box

Stringing of three phase jack bus 132 KV with panther conductor. The work includes cutting & bending of conductor, fixing of bolted type tension/suspension fitting. Hoisting of disc insulators and shifting of material from store site to erection site and all other associated work to complete the Job satisfactorily as per instruction of engineer incharge. (i) 132 kV Jack bus for Transformer and Transfer bay.

(ii) 132 kv making of U Jumpers

Stringing of 132 KV main and transfer busbar with moose conductor, length of span as mentioned below including fittings of tension clamp hoisting of insulator, cutting of conductor, shifting of all materials and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory as per standard. (a) 132 kV Main bus of 3 Phase (Moose conductor) length 12 meter.

(b)132 Transfer bus of 3 Phase (Moose conductor) lenght 12 meter.

(c) Inteconnection of two section of Main and Transfer bus bar by moose conductor.

Equipments interconnection jumpering with main, transfer jack bus bar. Job include bending of conductor in proper shape tightening with the help of clamps and all other associated work to complete the job. (i) Transformer bay for 132/33 kV side and transfer bay.

(ii) Transformer bay for 132/33 kV side and transfer bay

Laying and termination of following size control cable in trench/Cable trays from control room panel to 132/33 KV switchyard equipments and their junction boxes as per cable schedule including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work. (i) 2Cx2.5mm²

(ii) 4Cx2.5mm²

(iii) 6Cx2.5mm²

(iv) 10Cx2.5mm²

(v) Termination of control cable (per termination)

Cutting strengthening bending and laying 700 mm/500 mm below inside ground MS flat for proper earthing of main and Auxiliary structure and equipments including welding with main earth mat and with objects to be earthed, The work include excavation trenches and back filling painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily. M.S. flat will be providing by the contractor free of cost. (i) 75x10 mm

(ii) 50x6 mm

Providing and fixing of phase plate various make Isolator (RYB make of 2.00 mm thick aluminium sheet of size 4" dia covering of 3 M HIP/MDG retro reflected sheet in single phase with all mounting arrangement with GI nut and bolts after opening of old rusted and damaged phase plate.

Providing and fixing of name plate made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with covering of 3 HP retro reflective sheeting of size 300 mm x 150 mm plates to be fixed with the help of nuts and bolts on equipments and structures at 132 KV Sub Station.

Making delta earthing of 120 LA by fabrication of 03 Nos 3 mr M.S. round bar (36/40 mm dia) electrode in placeing inside the ground and connecting all 03 Nos electrodes with 75x10 mm MSS. flat filling with charcoal and salt as per standard practice. Painting the joints with black japan paint of good cuality after proper cleaning of joints by wire brush MS round bar will be provided by dept. free of cost.
