Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Augoring and boring of holes in site for Bored cast-in-situ R.C.C. Piles for building foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils and ordinary soils without under reams as per IS 2911 as per approved designs including all operations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, augur bore drill and shell equipment, etc, complete for all depths and for finished item of work for piles of following diametres.

Supply and placing of the M25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, pouring concrete by tremmy, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including tremmy pumping, laying concrete, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M15) in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Supply and fixing of C.C. Kerb not less than M30 strength of size 600 X 400 X 110 mm thick with bottom thickness of 110 mm up to height of 350 mm and top width of 50 mm thick chamfering with 45° at starts at 350 mm height to 400 mm height as selected by the Engineer- in-charge from approved source/ factory which is laid on existing CC Bed in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required and including cost and conveyance of all materials & labour charges including transportation from approved source, loading & unloading charges including contractor profit & overhead charges complete for finished item of work..

Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., cpomplete with a compresive streangth not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls.

Plastering with CM (1:4), 20 mm thick including cost & conveyance of all materials and labour charges curing etc., complete

Supply and fixing of Galvanized Iron and its fabricatin charges etc., complete - 1 Kg.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, inlcuding cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for Internal walls.

Flooring with chequrred terrazzo tiles of 20 mm thick (medium shade) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including near cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials.
