S & F 165 x 60mm pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including ncessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc supplied and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/Hollock) plain framed, panelled 35mm thick shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm BWP commercial plywood or 12mm veneered particle with commercial face veneers on both sides. The size of rail and and style as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick Ist class softwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete as shown on page No 176 to 183 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II compete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Pane of 4 mm thick sheet glass to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ), and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, complete as shown on page No 176 to 183 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
