Providing services by deploying adequate numbers of manpower for regular opreation and maintenance of 33/11 KV MRS in 03 shifts round the clock of 08 Hrs each (including sundays & holidays) comprising of following electric supply equpiments and by deploying a team of 01 skilled Electriction and 01 Helper (Semi skilled electriction) per shift with all necessary tools & equipments as directed including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly such as fixing of contact , repair of electric junction connection, painting of equipments etc complete all as directed and having following equipments:- (i) VCB 33 KV - 02 Nos (ii) VCB 11 KV - 05 Nos (iii) Power Transformer 1.6 MVA - 03 Nos (iv) Power Transformer 25 KV - 01 No (v) Bus coupler - 02 Nos (vi) Meter reading panel - 01 No Note :-( i) The Electrician shall be responsible for manning & operation of above installations, able to operate all control systems, able to read all metres and able to give shut downs as required and maintaing all shut down break down of Electric supply , log sheet including routine cleaning & maintenance etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Providing services by deploying adequate numbers of manpower for regular opreation and maintenance of MH DG Set, 03 shifts round the clock of 08 Hrs each (including sundays & holidays) comprising of following electric supply equpiments and deploying 01 skilled FGM per shift with all necessary tools & equipments as directed including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly such as greasing , repair of electric junction connection, painting of equipments etc complete all as directed and having following equipments:- (i) DG Set - 01 No (ii) Panel - 01 No (iii) Battery 150 Amp - 02 Nos Note :- The entire plant room and surounding area to be kept neat & clean.
Notes for all items : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the following :- (i) All Operator / Electrician / FGM / Valveman shall be of Diploma/ITI passed in the relevant trade with having practical experience in relevent trade not less than Four year shall be employed for each shift.. (ii) The firm/contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his reprsentative/personal for any accident/damage during maintenance/operation/health related liabilities/compensation, penelty etc on this account. (iii) T&P required such as spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, testing lamp, drilling machine and multimeter, tong tester, megger etc as well as protective devices (shoes, helmet etc) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.
(iv) Contractor shall be responsible to maintain log books, duty roster attendance register and spare for repair/renewal of parts register, earth register, serviceability register of lifts and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (v) Shift Operator (reliever) shall neither leave the installations without prior permission of JE/Engineer-in-Charge nor proper handing/taking over to the next operator will be made. (vi) The contractor shall provide two set of pant & shirts of navy blue colour & one pair of leather shoes for each trades man with MES logo as uniform / overall Dangri, rubber shoe, torch etc for all operator as approved by the GE and the individual will wear the dress during shift duty, failing which, fine of Rs200/- per shift shall be imposed upon the contractor and recovered from his dues. (vii) Day to Day running maintenance shall include cleaning oiling, greasing, checking of electrolite level of battery. checking of water level indicator's in radiator bank, oil level in oil sump, greasing, tightening of nuts , bolts etc. (Contactor shall supply broom, grass cutter equipment etc) . (vii) First Aid box will be provided by contractor at each installation.
(ix) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/state Govt/ union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor in accordance with the provision made vide condition 63 of IAFW-2249. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. no other claim whatsoever shall be addmissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increased will be passed over to the workers. (x) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for fixing/filling. The contractor shall collect and transport the same from E/M store yard to the requisite installations within 24 Hours at his own cost and arrangement. Proper record for issue & receipt for this shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor. (xi) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xii) Duty roster for detailement of operators shall be approved by Engr-in-charge within first three days of every month and the same shall be kept on record and properly displayed at each installation.
(xiii) The contractor will arrange the earth tester, Megger & clamp meter for installation and will check all the earthings of lifts for its serviceability in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M duly signed by the contractor on commencement of work for record. (xiv) For any damage to the installations due to negligence of operator such as loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc. the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xv) Original certificates regarding qualifications of operators engaged in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval.
