M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exceedng 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kgs per 10 Sqm with Paving Bitumen VG-10 grade and including laying premixed bituminious macadam with Paving Bitumen VG-30 grade @ 4% by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed with paving Bitumen VG-30 grade @ 9.8 kgs per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rammed and rolled using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller (including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old existing black top surface and applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade confirming to IS :73 at a rate of application of 0.3-0.4 Kg/ Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid and rolled to required gradient, camber and super elevation (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and vibratory roller, with using binder content 4% by weight of total mix using Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG -30 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Mix shall be obtained from automatic hot mix plant and shall be spread by mechanical paver.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and vibratory roller, to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'/ BOQ. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for paving bitumen VG-30. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.0mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS- 6086 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300 Gms/Sqm etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Notes:- Thermoplastic Road marking Materials shall have the higest quality of raw materialts to provide long life and excellent visibility even after extended use and comply with MOST 803.4.2 (MoRTH 803) or any latest provision of MoRTH to be applicable, BS 3262:1989,BS EN 1871:2000, AASTHO M249,AS 1742.2,SLS 1384:2009 specification.

S&F Cat Eye of Solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size100x100x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar cat eye (studs) of size 125x125x25mm (shank 60mm) with aluminium alloy shall high efficiency mono-Crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.30 watt having one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2v/1600MA). Six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Mil Candela) having flash rate 2 Hz and bearable weight 10 tons approx with view distance upto 1,000 meters of any colour i.e yellow, red, blue, green or white as required at site working temp 10-50 degree celcius, working time 3 to 4 days after fullly charged battery, charging time 5 to 6 hrs from direct sun light maintenance free, unbreakable, poly carbonate clear facing, automatically turn on at night and tum off at day incluinding all fixing arrangements as per manufacturer's instuctions comple all as specified and as directd.

M&L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of jounts except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of convex mirror 600mm dia and made up of polycarbonate material provided with 75mm dia MS pipe 2700mm height, medium grade, duly powder coated with adjustable fixing brackets for MS pipe used for road turning, intersections, curves, T Junctions, Hospital, Parking lots etc and also ideal for surveillance with clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle with unbreakable & strong mirror complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete or sub base of floor/ hard standing/ footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, M-40 Grade with grey cement & pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 40mm thick stone dust/ sand cushining complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in roof kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
