Supply and fixing of following types of high voltage Synthetic Insulating Mat made out of synthetic Elastomer conforming to IS 15652:2006 with minimum width of 1 metre. Insulating mat should be flexible, anti skid, fire reatrdant, water and moisture proof with no adverse effect of acids, alkalies and transformer oil. Insulating mat should be fixsed with suitable adhesive/chemibond, resin, water proofing compound and other sealing materials as per specifications. Insulating mats should be ISI marked alongwith CM/L nos at every meter and ERDA/CPRI tested. Test certificates to be provided along withmaterials as per compliance with relevant IS code) (a) Class - A type, Up-to 3.3 KV (Thickness: 2 mm)

(b) Class - B type, 3.3 KV to 11 KV (Thickness: 2.5 mm)

SITC of Battery Charger Unit (Float cum Boost type) suitable for charging of HT panel battery bank (30 Volt, 100 AH ; consisting of 15 Nos. 2V, VRLA battery set) complete as required as per the technical specification attached.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (a) 3.5c x 240 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground/concreate/all kinds of soil (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

(b) 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)
