Servicing of Piping system and replacing presure switches and guages required in the pump room.Pipe Line leak arresting,replacing new ball valves and glycerine filled pressure guages.

Construct valve chamber 1.2 Mtrs x 1.2 Mtrs x 1.5 Mtrs in first class brick (table moulded) masonry in CM 1:6 on PCC bed to 100mm thick plastering with CM 1:4 internal and providing 6/8 thick chequred plate with stiffeners lifting arrangement angle iron edge angle frame work etc. complete with providing anticorrosive paint on both side for steel works Cover should be in two halfs fixed to frame work by means of hinges size of cover 1200 x 1200 mm. Escavating and making trenches for all types of soils at a depth of 1 mtrr below ground level and covering it with cement mot 100 cm above the trenchches fill up sand and making concrete of 100 cm for leveling with road.

Constructing Pedestal-300mm*300 at depth of 600 mm below ground level and painting

Below Ground Pipe Line: Supply. Erection, Testing and Commissioning of MS C CLASS pipes conforming to IS 1239 part 2 Pipe specials such as bends, tees, reducers, etc. shall confirm to ASTM A 234 Gr WPB forged. The pipe shall be with flanged joints / weld joints Rate quoted shall include for necessary pair of flanges, gaskets, nuts, bolts, MS fabricated angle , Hitch supports. Gl U shape clamps, Gl threaded rods, anchor fasteners nut bolts required duty , size, drilling with power machine of requred dia to suit clamping and supporting the pipes and fittings in position etc. for pipes being suspended from ceilings, beam bottom, clamped on to the walls, etc. Cost including making bores in wall , floors , chipping the concrete surface and making good in CC 1:2:4 and plastering in CM 1:4, curing , scafolding, painting of all exposed pipe two coats of approved colour over one coat of primer material and labour cost etc complete 1)100 mm dia.( With wrapping & coating and laid under ground )

Supply and Fixing of glass fronted hose cabinet powder coated with hinged door and lock, made out of 16 G (1.626mm thick) M.S. sheet of suitable size to accommodate the following ( for external). External hose cabinet size- 750x600x250 mm. cost including necessary supporting MS angle , nuts-bolts etc complete as per site reqirment , instruction of project incharge / consultants for fixing the MS hose box. a) 63 mm hose pipe (2 lengths of 15 M Each). b) Branch pipe & nozzle (one set).
