DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil.

Excavation over area exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 3 mtr deep getting out in any type of soil.

Removing excavated soil n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken bricks aggregate, all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete.

M&L RCC M-30 (Design Mix) as in foundation, including raft, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, plinth beams or similar works vertical or to batter for fair finished surface of concrete

M&L for RCC (Design Mix M-30 (20 mm graded aggregated ) as in Wall ,retaining walls ,basment walls ,ballast walls and the like ,any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses compolete all as specified.

Formwork to faces of walls ,retaining walls ,abutments parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters buttresses etc vertical or to battere in flat fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified

M&L RCC M-30(Design Mix) as in beams, cantilever, lintels etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to sides and soffits of roof beams, lintels lever shelves incl supports over hang etc fair finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified.

M&L for RCC (Design Mix M-30 (20 mm graded aggregated ) as in slabs supported on walls beams and columns in floors roofs ,landings ,balconies , conopies , deck slab and in shelves and the like compolete all as specified.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs ,floor slabs ,landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping )rough finished surfaces of concrete in flat.

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n exc 20cm wide

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality confirming to all as specified.

M&L for TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia including cutting bending and binding with MS wire anealed dia not less than 0.9 mm conplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing pre cast RCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs ,chajjas shelves ,RCC BAFFLE WALL and similar articles with plain faces etc in set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified .

S&f 75mm bore sand cast ,cast iron soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears with cement joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified .

S&f 100mm bore sand cast, cast iron soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears with cement joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified .

S&f 75 mm bore of pipe Cast iron cowls complete all as specified .

M&L for old size Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks ,straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M & L 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No- 28 for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m in Hard soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware ,AC or reinforced concrete ) det in cement mortar internal dia of pipe in 150mm to 200mm dia

M&L for 150 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for concrete bed to 150mm drain pipes including forming cradles in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 200 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for concrete bed to 200mm drain pipes including forming cradles in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L, precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L, providing cement concrete1:2:4 type B1 as in , coping ,benching, bressumers, steps, incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded Stone aggregate in plinth protection finisheed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/disintegrated rock each not exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, inlayers n.exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel in Bands,straps,hook,pintle hinges staples,hand made sliding bols wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cuttingtop to shape as directed, drilling, holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

Ditto all as per item No 47 above but fixing only .

S&F Plates (plain or chequeered) channels , square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter suk forming holes in Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality -A.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

All as Item No 51 above but one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materila and labour for preparing of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Three coat of white wash on walls including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed
