Providing man power for all Internal and External electrical installations related to Residential colony, ATS Building & OTB, CISF Barrack, STP, IRP & Other Electrical Installation at Non-Operational area by attending complaints / faults/breakdown including rectification & ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems on all the days i/c Sundays, Saturdays & holidays in shifts/general duties. The following manpower including reliever has to be deployed by the contractor:- Note: The weekly off for all worker is mandatory. (i) Sr. Supervisor - 01 No. (ii) Highly Skilled (Computer Operator) - 01 No. (iii) Skilled - 12 Nos. (iv) Semi-Skilled - 05 Nos. (v) Unskilled - 08 Nos.

Painting of street light pole of height above 6 metre and upto 10 metre above ground level including bracket etc. with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint/emulsion (above one mtr from the ground, excluding light fitting) after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of red oxide primer coat including numbering, AAI approved logo and two coats of black bituminous paint upto one metre from the ground etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Spray Painting of Feeder pillar / LT panel with 2 coat of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of red oxide primer coat including numbering and two coats of black bituminous paint on the legs/supports of LT panels from the ground etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rewinding of 1200 mm/1400 mm sweep, ceiling fan using 34 to 40 SWG enamalled copper wiring wire including varnishing, painting (white/brown), numbering and replacement of bearing, capacitor if required, etc complete as required.

Complete dismantling / lifting of following capacity submersible pump motors set from existing deep tube well i/c discharge head/bend, column pipes etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 HP to 20 HP

Complete installation / lowering i.c commissioning of the following capacity submersible pump motor set with all accessories i/c discharge head/bend, cleaning & painting of column pipes, valves etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 HP to 20 HP

Dismantling and complete overhauling of the following capacity of sewage submersible pump motor set i/c descaling, cleaning, greasing of bearings, painting after re-assembling i/c testing, commissioning etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 HP to 20 HP

Annuanl maintenance of STP of different 20 KLD/50 KLD capacity at new airport colony job includes oiling, greasing, repair maintence of all pump motor having capacity upto 5 HP which also include upto 02 nos. of rewinding, cleaning of sludge tank with Agartala Municipal Corporation upto 04 time per year.

Executing any items of CPWD-DSR-2018 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (01 job work costing Rs. 1000000/-). Note: Please refer Clause 35 at page GTT-7 while quoting the rate for this item.
