Excavation in trenches in hard/soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 1 here in befofre but exc 1.5 mtr or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr depth upto 3.00 mtr depth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling, in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mrt and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mrts above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for sand cushioning/sand covering using tibba sand for underground cable protection spread 08 cm under the cable and 15 cm over the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For the purpose of payment, purned thicknes of sand which comes out 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base of the pole as a foundation or in any similar situation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of the pole or in any situation including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Jodhpur stone slab rough dressses cover 25 to 30 cm in width,minimum 60cm long and 40 to 45mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over underground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting power supply from LT ACB of cap 800/1000/1500 Amps for repair works, taking out trolly unit & comoplete servicing of the same through decarbonising, cleaning the male/female isolating contaqcts, lubricating moving part, cleaning with CRC removing dust particles from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism, tightening all nuts and bolts of entire trolley, checking proper operation of trolly all as directed, inserting trolley inside and tgesting and putting on load compolete all as specified and directed

Supply , fixing and testing straight though heat shrinkable joint with jointing kit suitable for cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade and including taking out cable from faulty portion in any situation/position complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes (Excavation, earth work required shall be measured and paid under relevant item of sch).

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia, 200mm long bolt with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed on front side door of Lt panel board and all as specified and directed

Material and labour for fixing/fabricating in replacement of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet painted with existing colour of LT panel and made shape of inner shells and outer shells of panels and making curve/angle to maintain slope of top sheet of panel to make the indoor type to outdoor type with the support of FI 25x3mm thick support, fixing with bullet screws where ever required and all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for replacing the heatup/naked cable ends by cutting the naked/heatup portion and reconnect the cable by excavating the loop and making connection tight by replacing the suitable size of heavy duty lugs with new nut bolts and washers and all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Earth work and cable end joints shall be measure and paid under relevant item of sch (ii) Rate quoted are deemed to include for replacement of the cable lugs and nut bolts etc. (iii) Total incoming and outgoing cable ends of each panel shall be measured as a one job

Material and labour for fixing in replacement of heat shrinkable insulated aluminium bus bar with color coding of current rating upto 600 Amp fixing on existing LT panels by making hole, bent to shape or drilling/ grinding the busbar to fix on porcelain/PVC insulators with nut bolts complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for edging the roughly dressed Jodhpur quarry stone putty of size 25 to 30 cm in width, 60cm long and 40 to 50mm thick, to make edge around the LT panels complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour stone aggregate of size upto 40mm for loose filling around LT panels or under 2/4/6 poles structure including surface dressing and cleaning the vegetation and spraying the herbicide of approved brand one time before spreading the gravel and complete all as specified. Note :- Stone aggregate brought by the contractor shall be measured in stack before use and entered in MB "Not to Abstract".

Labour for cutting and removing grass, vegetation, bushes/shrubs etc from surrounding of 02 pole /4 pole structure and LT/HT panel E/M installations and removing all rubbish and dressing the gravel /soil and spaying the one time herbicide approved brand (Roundup/Noweed) to prevent the further vegetation complete all as specified and directed

Supply and erecting in replacement of prestressed concrete pole 9.0 meter long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 including painting alternative black & white strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr above ground level and including dismantling and taking out the damaged/old PCC pole and setting aside within 50 mtr distance and opening the steel light bracket/ cross arms with connected items and street light fitting from old pole and refixing the same on new pole for street light fitting and all as required as site or directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT feeder pillar box outdoor cubical type, CPRI approved, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts with 200 Amps Aluminium bus bar, IP-54, dust and vermin proof fabricated with CRCA sheet not less than 3.0 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm duly powder coated, front openable double door hinged with locking arrangements complete with and comprising thte following including necessary PCC platform of suitable size to adjust to Lt panel complete all as specified and directed.(Location:-FAD Perimeter Panel No.31,33,34,43,44 & 45.) Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x 6mm GI strip as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test terminal point all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, suitable size of light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip in ground etc. all as required at site for complete earthing) Note :- Testing of earthing shall be carried out after completion of earthing. Payment for earthing shall be admissible after satisfactory test result only.

Material and labour for scraping the old rusted surface of LT panel and making smooth surface by filling the cavities with metal based primer and painting on old surface of LT panels/ feeder pillars 2 coats of super enamel paint with spraygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable and supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 ({Part-1) marked, laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/ paths/drain/culverts or encased in GI pipe compete alls as specified and directed for the size of cable 16 Sqmm 4 core

Restretching aluminium conductor or GI wire on existing over head lines without removing including unbinding from insulator and rebinding to insulator using aluminium binding wire, connections of incoming and outgoing cables, binding with spacers where required and trimming the tree branches with clearance of 3 mtr around of the LT OH line, complete all as specified Note :- For measurement length of each conductor shall be taken separately however GI wire shall be included with conductor length.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches coming across LT over head line, cleaning around 3m the LT line and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance upto 50m and cleaning the site complete all as directed. Note :-(i) Length of span shall be 45 to 50m (ii) Due care shall be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there shall be no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case, due to any negligence, damage is caused, it shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible (iii) Proper shut down will be taken from department and T&P will be provided by contractor

Material and labour for taking out the unserviceable street light fittings mounted on LT PCC poles with mounting brackets including clamps by descrewing/cutting the bracing, nut bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for taking out the old unserviceable/ damaged LT/HT PCC poles of any type by demolishing the foundation or citing the pole from ground level and shifting the same by loading on vehicle from inside to outside of Depot area 3Km away from the Depot perimeter wall and laying the poles at lowland area as per direction of Engr-in-Charge

Taking out from trenches or wall / pole or pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with steel strip of wire, with stranded aluminium conductor of any size upto 25 Sqqmm, any core, for rectification of faults or replacement. Seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable length by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable cable from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same laocation or any other location under AGE E/M all as required at site or directed (Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Material and labour shackle type insulators of 100mm high, 115mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified, required at site or directed

Taking down/dismantling the crossarms of any size and anyh description from poles of any description

Supply and fixing in replacement of cross arms, brancings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolt. In any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint and all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Radium tape 40-50 mm width on the electrical items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
