Hire charges for construction of tarpaulin shade( water proofing) on posts and bamboo superstructure with wooden batten if required including cloth ceiling inside and out side wall with cloth lining and front, white cloth partition if required all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for retaining the tarpaulin ( water proofing) shade as mentioned in above Item no-1(Shed cloth/tarpaulin/bamboo etc if required to change and cloths should be kept clean and replace if required) .Note-Measurement for retaining the item will be based on per day basis.

Hire charges for providing and spreading jute carpet in area as and where required as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Barricading with sal posts and bamboo runners upto 6.00ft high as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Barricading should be tripod shape with horizontal 3 bamboo in layer both side making in such a way to prevent to enter through barricade).

Special cleaning of Haj pandals, toilets, urinals, Wazu khana etc. picking of garbages , litters, brooming/ wipping etc. bydeploying requisite no. of gents and ladies labours and disposed off within 100m lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- one job comprises minimum 9 nos. of gents and 8 nos. of ladies per shift for 8 hours). Mininimum wages for unskilled manpower as per labour ministry order have to pay to the labours. Prevalent minimum wage have to be paid to the labours as per wage rate issued from Labour Ministry. The record of payment have to be submitted to AAI.

Cleaning of city side paved area i.e. car parking, airport approach roads etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge during Haj movement . (NOTE:-9 nos gents labours and 1 no supervisor per shift for 8 hours as required per site condition as directed by enigeer-in-charge). Prevalent minimum wage have to be paid to the labours as per wage rate issued from Labour Ministry. The record of payment have to be submitted to AAI.
