Material and Labour for valve chamber of internal size 750 x 750 x 750 mm comprising of 50mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 foundation, 200mm thick brick wall in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally and externally up to 50mm below GL,100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B1 as in copings,3mm thick MS sheet cover with suitable hinges and locking arrangement, painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix lightning arrestor HT 11 KV 10 KA station class complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of distribution tranformer step down, outdoor type, 11/0.433 KV with HT 3 phase and LT 3 phase 4 wire system copper wound with off load tap changing arrangement on HT side for a variation of secondary voltage +/- 7.5% insteps of 2.5% continous rating of 250KVA outdoor type confirming to IS 1180 (level-II) with and including the following: (a) Lifting lugs/ hooks for transformernand tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve with dummy plug. (f) Conservator with level gauge. (g) Silica gel breather. (h) First oil fill up upto the recommended level by manufacturer with new oil conforming to IS 335. (j) Type of connection : ONAN

(k) Vector Group : DYN 11. (l) Type connecting arrangement: Cable termination boxes on both HT and LT side. (m) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50°C maximum. Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 25 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC insulated copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core drawn through PVC pipe with clamping materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M & L for steel tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, 32 mm bore with all fitting bend to shape fixed to pole with one set of clamps of appropriate size all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 4 runs of single core 16 Sq.mm, single core , FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed, Multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts, FRLS grade, ISI marked, for phase and neutral duly colour coded drawing through and including medium duty PVC conduit, 32 mm dia with all accessories concealed in walls/ roofs/ floors / ceiling etc. including one run of 16 Sqmm single core, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, Multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts, FRLS grade earth continuity conductor complete all as specified. Note: 4 runs of 16 Sqmm, 1 runs of 16 sqmm & one run 32 mm dia PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. Clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply and laying of ductile Iron flanged pipe, including specials, Class “K-9” ,150 mm (6”) dia conforming to IS-8329 in standard length suitable for push on rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE ALARM

Supply and fix 2 core 1.5 sqmm FRLS armoured copper cable as per IS:1554 to wall/ roof/ false ceiling/ floors with necessary clamps/ saddles all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED EXIT light double sided with battery backup up to 2 Hours of operating voltage 230 V, 50 Hz complete with all as specified and as directed.

DG SET

Silent engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms 415 volts 250 KVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 with and including the following:-

(A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 250 KVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally conform to BS - 2613/5000/ IS – 4722 (i) Insualation class - 'H' (ii) Temparature rise Class - 'H' (iii) Excitation : Self Excited (iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5% (v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer basing on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under (i)Fly wheel with housing (ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts (iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven

(iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of 150mm dia with MS pipe light grade upto & outside and 1meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. C) AMF Panel :- Factory made inbuilt type control cubical type made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof totally enclosed with front opening of 415 volts 3 -phase 4 - wire AC 50 Hz, including powder coated, copper bus bar of one and half times the rated load of 250 KVA alternator complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multi stranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity, fuses, name plates consisting of 4 pole MCCBs and Contactors of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer. Detachable cable gland plates, all controls, indicators and standardstandard microprocessor based LED/LCD display for indicating voltage, current, frequency, speed, kW, kWH, pf, temperature, Battery voltage, etc

g) Annuciation with indication lamps for : (i) Low lub oil pressure. (ii) High Water Temparature. (iii) Engine over speed. (iv) Battery low voltage Controls :- a) Load on Indication b) Load off indication c) Engine start push button d) Engine stop push button e) Fault accept / reset push button

f)Battery charger (i) Transformer shall be dry type, double wound, with copper conductor and Class–B insulation with temperature rise limited to Class-A insulation. (ii) Isolating switch shall be heavy duty, load break type, operated by an external handle. (iii). Fuses shall be HRC type and arranged for easy replacement. Semiconducting devices fuses shall be fast-acting type. (iv). Indicating meters (voltmeter and ammeter) shall be 96mm x 96mm, flush type 90 degree scale with antiglare glass, + 1% accuracy with zero adjuster on the front of the meter. (v.) D) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 250 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Pollution control board (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Construction Details/specification are as follows: a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- As per OEM Norms v) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit vi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button viii) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. ix) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade

E) The coated rate includes excavation, removing of soft soil and PCC, Cement Concrete foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate of size not less than 4.6 x 3.0 x 0.8 m for placing of DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

EOT CRANE

Supply, installation, erecting, commissioning, and testing of double box girder electrically operated OH crane, indoor type, 15 ton capacity with span 20 meter having lift 12 metre (approx.) and bay length 35.0 mtrs, AC 400/440 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz , Class-II Medium Duty M-5 as conforming to IS 807/3177 and IS : 3177-1999 with and including the following:

(A) SPEEDS: (a) Hoist speed - 2.0 M/MIN (b) Cross Travel - 7.0 M/MIN (c) Long travel speed - 10.0 M/MIN (B) Wire Rope construction - (a) 6 x 36 best plough steel fibre core R, H.D. lay per IS: 2266-1976 (b) No of falls - 8 falls (c) Factor of safety - greater than 6 (C) Bridge construction - Double web M.S. plate welded box type construction with adequate stiffeners and diaphragm and fusion welded. (D) End carriage and LT frame - fabricated out of M.S. section and plates with adequate diaphragm (E) End stoppers shall be provided on either side of the bridge to limit the motion of the trolley and on main LT rails, to limit and LT movement. (F) Full length platform on the driving side shall be provided. These platform shall be covered fully with antiskid chequered plates and provided with hand rails.

(G) DSL system shall be G.I. shrouded bus bar system. (H) C.T. Trolley shall be made of all welded construction fabricated from rolled steel, sections and plates, hoist and cross traverse machineries shall be mounted on this frame. Entire trolley shall be fully covered all round with safety hand rails. (I) Rope Drum shall be fabricated out of low carbon steel as per IS: 2062 duly stress relieved of heavy duty seamless pipe construction to accommodate wire rope in single layer.
