REPAIR/RESURFACING OF CERTAIN ROADS, ROAD MARKING PAINT, ROAD FURNITURES AND ROAD BERMS UNDER DGNP(V)

Material & labour for repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. Cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 @ 5Kg Per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (using paving bitumen VG 30) 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (with and including supply of pre mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm rolled and compacted using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed.

Preparing of metal top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at 5Kg Per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for premixed bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm average consolidated thickness laid with using mechanical paver for any width of road with maximum 5.5% binder content using VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to require camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: 5.5% binder content shall be for pricing purpose only. Any deviation in minus side shall be adjusted @Rs. 50.00 per KG of bitumen and no price adjustment shall be made for plus side variation.

Material and labour for hot applied thermo setting road marking paint 2mm thick in shapes/signs as require exceeding 10cm to 50cm width (including Zebra crossing & speed breaker marking) white or golden yellow in colour including preparation of existing surfaces and glass beads retro reflective type as per ASTM standards complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Solar road stud road lighting type having directional road reflectors studs shall be water proof , rechargeable Nickel cadmium battery to be charged through solar cell , main frame cast aluminium with poly carbonate cover over solar cell and reflective poly carbonate cover & fixed with epoxy of road with complete . ( Colour Green / Red), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 600 mm dia road side Convex Mirror with polycarbonate fixed to 40 mm bore MS pipe with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs road side solar delinator of 80mm dia reflective type 4 nos super bright LED flash light , upper height is 145 mm fixed on 40 mm dia & 800 mm long prepainted MS pipe , grouted 200 mm in ground & 600 mm on above GL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Cat Eye road reflectors studs of self illuminating flashing type having directional road reflectors studs shall be water proof IP 65 as per IS 12063-1987 category 2 size of Cat Eye road reflectors studs 100X100X20mm with complete all as specified and directed.
