2.28.1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness. (I) By Manual means (A) In area of light jungle.

16.77 Scarifying the existing bituminuos road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1km (by mechanical means)

16.78.1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conformingto specification, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leades & lifts spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on preapred surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achive the desired density, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. With material conforming to Grade-I(size range 75mm to 0.075mm) having CBR Value-30

Annexure: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premix the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80-100 kn weight to achieve the desired density including lighting , barricading and maintanance of diversion etc. as per Table 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead.

NS-1 Providing and laying of DLC concrete of M-10 grade, in roads and shoulders, using Geopolymer contents as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design creteria, spreading & laying at site, compacting with 8-10 tonner vibratory roller, levelling to required slope/camber, finishing with required texture , including carriage of fly ash from BgTPS plant. From works, curing, key sampling for quality assurance, all materials, labours tools equipment and incidentals necessary to complete work as per drawing specification and instruction of engineer-in-charge Note: Admixture, Chemicals, joint sealants of specified grade (Polyshulphide) including polyethylene flim of 125 microns, soft rope, will be paid seperately . *Cement will not be used in this item. (Fly ash will be issued by NTPC on free of cost basis)

NS-2 Providing and laying of Geopolymer concrete of M-30 grade , in roads and shoulder, using Geopolymer content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm normal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design creteria, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/camber, finishing with required texture, including steel from work sturdy M.S.channel sections, making provision for contraction/expansion, construction and longitudinal joints by groove cutting machine, filling joints with joint filler and sealants, key sampling for the quality assurance, all materials, including carriage of fly ash from sipat plant labours tools equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per drawing specification and instruction of engineer-in-charge Note:- Admixture, Chemicals, dowelbars, joint filler, joint sealants of specified grade (Polysulphide) including, polyethylene film of 125 microns, soft rope, will be paid separetely. * cement will not be used in the item

NS-3 Providing and supplying Slag as per IS 16714 at site including storage, handling carriage etc. all complete.

NS-4 Providing and supplying Sodium hydroxide Flakes pure grade as per IS 252 at site including storage preparation and handling of solution. Carriage all complete.

NS-5 Providing and Supplying Sodium Silicate at site including storage , preparation and handling of solution carriage all complete (Note:- chemical shall be as per Gr FC 200/155 of IS 6773)

NS-6 Providing and supplying Superplasticizer (PCE) Octamer Geotard 360 or Superplasticiser with similar workability including storage, handling, carriage etc. all complete.

NS-7 Providing and supplying (12mm long) including storage, handling, mixing carriage etc all complete.

NS-8 Providing and supplying of sealant (polysulphide/PU sealant BASF Master Seal NP 472 or Choksey Teachseal RDL 941 PG)

NS-9 Providing , fabrication and fixing of epoxy coated Dowel with sleaves & tie bar (as per the drawing) including complete work in all respect at site.

NS-10 Providing and installing of separation membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick.

NS-11 Providing and supplying Backup Rod, 12mm dia and laying the same at site as per direction of Engineer

3.14 Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table'300.2with lead up to 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 300.1

10.8 Painting olines, deshes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous /concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregin matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1702.

10.2(A) Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixing over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel iron post 75mm X 75mm X 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means if properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 450mm X 450mm X 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. (iv) 800mm X 600mm rectangular.
