S&F 35 mm thick second class hardwood factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass / gauge, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made 30mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters,2nd class hardwood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and & sketch shown in section 8 of SSR part I.

S&F Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, suppling & fixing in the frame including butt hinges-03 Nos, aluminium handles (100mm) 02 Nos, and Aluminium tower bolt-150mm all as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm as in skirting / dado etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for dark shade colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L for light shade colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.23 but for skirting laid over and including 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L to Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type B-2, (1:2:4), (40mm graded aggregate).

Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles (Red & Yellow) 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, glossy finish, set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of existing tiles and removing the demolished materials outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness as per IS 15658-2006 , with minimum compressive strength of 35 N / Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with white cement and pigment laid over and including 25 mm thick (compacted thickness) sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fabricate & fix in position aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 15 to 25 micron of approved colour) three track window ( two shutters glazed & one shutters wiregauge) with frame, glazed with 4 mm thick tinted glass and, wire gauge with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, concealed type lock for all three shutter, PVC roller etc all as specified below, including taking down old window complete all as specified and directed. M & L for precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.0 Km but n.exc 2.0 Km all specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (as second coat), over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (as first coat) of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, incl mixing only liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note - Supply only WPC will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on PCC block masonry wall surface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over wooden surfaces including preparation of old painted surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing water proofing tratment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approval in Technical Instruction 5/2003 by adding: (a) 15mm thick rendering CM (1:4) with Liquid water proofing compound 200ml per 50kg bag of cement on floor and wall , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (Note: Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ .126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs including dismantling of existing tratment etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a)Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris out side AFS area as specified and as directed. (b) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement concrete surface. (d) 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface in CM 1:3 to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement.mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured and paid seperately) (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.30 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (e) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.30 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (f) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric.The over lap shall be minimum 75 mm in length side and 100 mm with side. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application as specified and as directed. (g) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames/steel or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Sheet glass ordinary quality in squares n.exc 0.50 sqm each pane 4 mm thick,glazing with oil putty or glazing clips all as directed.

Supply and fixed sheet glass, ordinary quality, in squares/rectangular shape but exc 0.5 Sqm each pane of 5.5mm thick

M&L for green marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking platform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut, both side polished kota stone slab fixed as in selves or partition under kitchen platform, fixed with cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description by cutting or without damage of structure not otherwise provided for all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O

S&F wall panelling of solid PVC foam profile having 100 mm to 200 mm wide tongue and groove 4 mm thick panels with 12 mm thick ribs of approved shade and pattern. Framing shall be made from solid PVC foam batten of size 35 mm x 17 mm , placed horizontally at 45 cm c/c with solid PVC foam corner all around. fixing shall be done with csk scrwe of size 19 mm x 6mm including necessary sealant etc, including taking down of old panelling work complete all as per manufacture's instructions and directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at any height with size of tile 600 x 600 x 15 mm mineral fiber ceiling tiles RH-99 of type micro looks edge laid on supper fine XL 15 mm exposed grid systems with 15 mm wide T-section flanges with frame work comprises of main runner of size 15x32x3000 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre securing fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200 mm maximum centers. Hangers (GI wire of 4 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc and the last hanger at the end of each main runner not greater than 450 mm from the adjacent wall, flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tees of size 15x26x1200 mm to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centers to form a 1200 x 600 mm module, cut cross tees longer than that 600 mm to be supported independently. 600x600 mm modules to be formed by fitting 600 mm long flush fitting cross tees of size 15x26x600 mm centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees and with perimeter wall angle of size 19x19x3000 mm secured to wall at 450 mm maximum centers including dismantling of existing ceiling of any type and removal from site. Make : Shall be of 1st quality of approved make.
