(ii) Earth work, PCC base etc is deemed to be included with unit rate of item. (iii) All MCCB to be installed vertically therefore panel shall be designed accordingly. (iv) Taking Out Existing MCCBs of any Capacity from old LT Panel to be fixed in any other LT Panel Board wherever required and rate will be inclusive in this item for fixing or depositing in MES store Yard.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for foundation/laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed..

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. Exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. Exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed..

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable LT cable any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing U/S panel/feeder pilar box from existing site including disconnecting of existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead as GI wire of 4 mm dia size by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation&earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM jali weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed.
