REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT TO INTERNAL ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES REPAIR/SERVICING OF AC GEYSERS AND CONNECTED MISC WORK AT DUMAYUNE AVENUE MEGNATH DAMODAR COMPLEX JAMUNA BLDG AND BAGJOLA MAIDAN CAMP UNDER GE(I)(CGN)KOLKATA

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete, (including unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets,ceiling roses,lamp holders,brackets,ceiling fittings,bulk head fittings,tube light fittings and rfgulators,etc.) . removing materials off the site work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for (concelaed) type point wiring including necessary chase cutting of wall for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated, (FRLSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed,copper cable multistraned conductor 1100 volts grade for earth continuity wire connecting to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and directed.( Note:A Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection,black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing.Separated cable for earthing and neutralto be used for each individule ckt from the distribution board (B) The Rate of point wiring includes the following :- (i) copper wire.(ii)PVC conduit with accessoreis.(ii) chase cutting.

All as per item no.02 above but for one three pin 5 Amp socket outlet on same board complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above but for one light point controlled by two 2 -way switches complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.02 above but for one three pin 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L point wiring surface type with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated, stranded single core unsheathed FR copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through with and including PVC conduit/ PVC casing caping with all fittings and accessories of PVC casing caping (like Tee, bend etc.) complete fixed to walls /ceiling /surface/ concealed etc. with and including 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core FR copper cable as earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point including supply & fixing of 1.6 mm thick pressed mild steel terminal boxes of suitable size with 3 mm thick PVC / Plastic laminated sheet. top cover, suitable sizes of brass screws and washers etc. for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for three pin 15 Amp socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Concealed/casing caping as per site requirement with 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor,1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC conduit medium duty (ISI Marked ) not less than 20mm dia with accessories such as bends, cross,elbow,tees etc of suitable size including continuos earth wire FRLS PVC insulated Unsheathed 2.5 Sq mm (nominal) copper multi-stranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly for 16 amps socket complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Concealed/casing caping as per site requirement point wiring with 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor,1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC conduit medium duty (ISI Marked ) not less than 20mm dia with accessories such as bends, cross,elbow,tees etc of suitable size including continuos earth wire FRLS PVC insulated Unsheathed 4.0 Sq mm (nominal) copper multi-stranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly for 16 amps socket complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC insulated stranded unsheathed FR copper conductor cable upto and including 1100 V grade drawn through concealed conduit fixed to walls / ceiling etc. complete including one run of 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated stranded unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one (Note :-(i) Two runs of 4.0 sqmm single core cable, one run of 4.0 sqmm earth continuity wire to be measured as one length). (ii) PVC conduit and necessary chase cuting with making the surface good is deemed to be incl in the quoted rate.

M&L Sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC insulated stranded unsheathed FR copper conductor cable upto and including 1100 V grade drawn through concealed conduit fixed to walls / ceiling etc. complete including one run of 6.0 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated stranded unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one (Note :-(i) Two runs of 6.0 sqmm single core cable, one run of 6.0 sqmm earth continuity wire to be measured as one length). (ii) PVC conduit and necessary chase cuting with making the surface good is deemed to be incl in the quoted rate.
