Excavation in foundations,trenches etc.in earth work lift upto 1.5 meters staking the excavated soil not more then 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the slake soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by remaning and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters. Spade Work

Provinding and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1 cement:6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm normal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth

Random rubble masonary/Polygonal rubble msonary (uncoursed brought to courses) in walls with hard stone or approved Quality in foundation and plinth in mud mortor including levelling up at plinth level.

Providind and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1-cement: 2-sand: 4-graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in: Beam Slab etc.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttring, and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforcement concrete & plain concrete

P/F of tor steel including cutting, bending, binding cranking &placing in position complete.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building work in super structure in foundation and plith in cement mortar 1:6 including leads,lifts and carriage of material.

In beam joists, channels angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beam hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and fixing courrugated galvanised iron sheet roofing fixed with galvanised J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding cost of purlins,rafters and trusses 0.80 mm thick sheet. item no. 14560000

Excavation in in earth work and filling in 15 cm layers in foundation and plinths including ramming, watering and consolding, upto a lead of 20 mtrs and lift upto a 1.5 mtrs.

Providing & laying, Cement Conc. 1:4:8 (1 cem. 4: sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in foundation & plinth. including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materiaals, as per the direction of Engineer- in charge.

50 mm th. Cem. Conc. Flooring with 25 mm under layer of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 stone aggregate of size 12.5 mm and below) and 15mm weaking layer in cem. Conc.).

P/L 20mm thick plastering in 2 coats, backing coat 10mm and finishing coat10mm on fair side of brick/stone masonary walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth cement morter 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Distemperig with dry distemper of approved brand & manufacture (two coats) & of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over & including primer coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matters including preparing the surface even & sand pre pared smooth.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80mmx1.25mm M.S. laths interlocked togather through their entire length and joined togather at the end by end locks mounted specially designed pipe shaft with brackets side guides and arrangement for inside and out side locking with push pull opration complete by excluding the cost of the top cover and spring. Shutters having width below 3.5 metres.

Providing and fixing 27.5 cm. long wire spring gradeno.2 for rolling shutter

Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters shutters having width below 3.50mtr.
