Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling & heating, having 100% hermetically sealed inverter type twin rotary/Scroll Compressor(s) with and minimum two compressors , above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, Side / top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R-410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The EER/COP (W/W) at 100% load with AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.8 etc. complete as required. 14 HP to 26 HP

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity VRV/VRF High wall type Indoor unit equipped with and comfort washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, cord less remote control, drain pan, necessary accessories etc., suitable for operation on 230 V ± 10%, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply, complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down valve in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature. (Make will be same as of Outdoor) 1.6 TR (Cooling capacity 5600 watt)

Supplying and installation of high-pressure grade required size OEM make copper connection Y or T Joints / refnet for liquid and suction line , complete erected on wall/ceiling with supports/raceways, Nitrile rubber insulation, painting etc. with brazing and testing for leakages confirming the normal operation of the VRV / VRF air conditioning system complete as required.

Gas charging of VRF/VRV system with R410A refrigerant gas. Before gas charging system shall be flushed with high purity Nitrogen Gas to remove carbon content, dirt particles to make sure that there is no chance of mixing any impurity with Refrigerant Gas. Thereafter System shall be tested with Nitrogen Gas at 1.5 Times of working pressure of R410 Refrigerant Gas to ensure leakproof system. Whole system shall be Vacuumed up to 500-micron level which ensures the zero-moisture content level in piping to ensure better cooling efficiency and long life of the system.

Supplying and drawing flexible / stranded bare copper conductor, PVC / XLPE insulated, overall aluminium mylar tape shielded ATC drain wire and outer PVC sheathed industrial Instrumentation (shielded)cables voltage grade 300/500 V as per BS /EN 50288-7 in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping / Cable tray / Open Duct making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM must ensure that the cable is tested for complaince, either through their in house laboratory accrediated by NABL or by any Govt. laboratory accrediated by NABL and the laboratory's scope of accrediation should cover the requirements and testing procedure as per IS:10810.
