RequiredBidder is the OEM of the STATCOM VSC/valves, with in-house design and manufacturing capability (documentary and, if required, physical verification).

RequiredCompliance to Has designed, supplied and commissioned at least two (2) transmission class STATCOM/VSC based dynamic compensation stations, of which at least one is in satisfactory operation for greater than or equal to 24 months as on the bid date.

RequiredAt least one reference installation of dynamic range and voltage class comparable to the offered solution.

RequiredAverage annual turnover over the best three (3) of the last five (5) financial years greater than or equal to 100 percet of the estimated contract value as assessed by the Owner.

RequiredPositive net worth in each of the last three (3) financial years solvency/line of credit as specified in the bid data sheet.

RequiredCompliance with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, with declared local content Class I/Class II supplier status as applicable.

RequiredValid GST/PAN registration not blacklisted/debarred by any Government, PSU or utility signed Integrity Pact and undertakings compliance with restrictions on bidders from countries sharing a land border with India
