75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-7.5 nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Marble 14 to 16mm thick, white marble, (table rubbed and polished) as in floor, kitchen cooking platform /shelf and verticle surfaces duly machine cut in skirting /dado and like laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade green marble type, all as specifiedand directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 20 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 19 shall be used).

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position inbcluding brass ball valve 20mm dia epoxy coated aluminium rod with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line including dismantling old cemented/ asbestos water/ PVC storage tank, all as specified.

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Excavating over area as, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of any make/model/sweep including removal of existing burnt winding carefully from slots, cleaning the slots throughly with suitable cleaing agent, applying slot inslation and rewinding with super enameled insulated copper wire of same gauge / same number of turns as existing and connecting the coil suitable to operate on 230VC, single phase, AC supply including all winding, insulating material and impregnation of insulating varnish as specified of any make, type, model and applying air drying the winding throughly including transportation from site of rewinding 1200/1400mm sweep, complete all as specified.

S&F 35W LED Bldg security light having high efficiency long life LED module with SMD LED package mounted on MCB with high LED efficiency of > 100 lumen/W, integral SMPS based constant current electronic LED driver with THD <20%, surage voltage protection and other safety tests as per IS: 15885 (part-2/Sec-13): 2012, IP 66 protection high efficiency polycarbonate cover with integrated lens housed in pressure die cast aluminium alloy heat sink for effective thermal management sturdines, excellent corrosion resistance, seperate optical and control gear compartment and top opening for easy maintenance, suitable for side entry, pole mounting with bracket arm OD 35mm to 42mm including necessary electrical connection to the fixture with 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of appropriate size and 1.5m long bracket, having 40mm diameter light grade GI pipe, including GI clamps, nuts, bolts & washers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc including testing after laying, including taking out old, complete all as specified.

M&L for 80mm dia GI pipe light grade as in trenches, across road or pole including taking up or down, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metres wide and n.exc 1.5 metres deep and getting out in any type of soil, all as specified.

Sand cushioning to under ground cables, 8 cm thick layer before laying and testing the cable and 15 cm thick after laying and testing of the cable in trenches complete all as specified in Clause 19.75 of MES SSR 2020 Part-I and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sub class 'B' bricks old size, as cable protection cover, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable, on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-20 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-20 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron earth wire 4mm size and protection pipe of 15mm bore galvanised iron light grade and earth work.
