Providing and Fixing of valves and fitting ISI marked medium class:-Sluice valve.

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm, inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve,with C.I. surface box 100x100x75 mm with hinge cover fixedin RCC slab 1:2:4 cement sand and 20mm grit necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3:12 mm chambers as per type design including supply of all materials labour t&p etc complete.

Pipe Line Work

Supply of HDPE pipe including laying jointing Field testing,commissioning complete at site of HDPE (pe100 grade compound) pipe PN-6 as per IS 4984-2016 or as latest relevant code and specifications for water application including all cost of material,labourrequired,transpotation,loading,unloading& stacking etc.

Supply, carting and fixing in position of following CI D/F sluice / Gate valve for flow regulation & scouring including cost of valve specials, labour & T&Pcomplete.

C.I. D/F Sluice Valves Confirming to IS: 14846-2000 ( Kirloskar or equivalent) of Pressure PN 1.0

Air valve 25 mm dia

Excavation of pipe line in soil mixed with course sand, shingle, kankar, including refilling of trenches after laying of pipe line including watering ramming etc.

House Hold connection including ( G.I pipe ferrule, brass bib cock etc) all material etc complete. Taking 100 % connection in initial Stage.

Dismantling of following type of road surfaces for laying of pipe line including sorting out of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials.

Cement concrete road

Reinstatement of following type of road surfaces after laying of pipe line including supply of all material ,labour,T&P etc complete.

(i) Sluice valve/ wheel valve chamber(60X60X75)

Over Head Tank

Supply of all materials, T&P etc.and construct an RCC over head tank of following size with RCC staircase & 1 m wide balcony, G.I. pipes railing consisting of 3 rows of 20 mm dia. G.I. pipe and angle iron posts around balcony & at the dome periphery, M.S. ladder from balcony to top of tank and inside the tank, supply and fixing M.H. cover with locking device, 1.2m dia ventilator, lightening conductor, water level indicator, supply and fixing of pipes, CI D/F pines, supply and fixing M.S. clamps with RCC column 40mm PCC 1:2:4 over 80 mm PCC 1:4:8 in apron, 150 mm semicircular drain around the tank, escape channel of 20 m length, box type enclosure at the entrance of the staircase having locking arrangements, two coats of apex paint and testing of tank for water tightness and also excluding cost of supply and fixing of all necessary pipes and valves etc. all complete with inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipes with bypass arrangement and necessary fittings and specials and design, testing of soil bearing capacity.

Construction of Pump House and its all Apprutment work including all material Labour T&P etc complete as per drawing provided by deptt. and as per Direction of Engineer Incharge.(3.60X3.00 m size and 1.20 m wide varandah as per type deisgn) and height 3.60 mtr.
