OF POLES OF MOTOR-6,START/HOUR-150, RPM OF MOTOR-975, make ALSTOM/BBL or equivalent), Replacement of one no. EHT Brake of Main Hoist( specifications THRUSTER CAPACITY in kgs-18, TORQUE RATING 42.00 kg-m, DRUM DIA- 300 mm, MAKE SOC or equivalent),Replacement of one no. DCEM(DISC) Brake of Main Hoist( specifications TORQUE RATING 45.87 kg-m, DRUM DIA- FDB-30 mm, MAKE EMCO or equivalent).

SITC of limit switches(make ELECTROMAG/SOC/MAGCO or equivalent) 10amp with complete control panel circuit , power supply copper coated cable 415v-3 phase ,93 sqmm, control supply wire 110vac with olr circuit breakers, repair of cabin room for D/G EOT crane , replacement of DSL Bus bar system and bridge control panel towing arm and other allied equipments and with supporting iron channel Clamp and power supply. The job also including 04no. 400 wattage of halogen high beam light and 04no. of 250wattage of flood light with control light and all electrical equipments & wiring replacement of EOT crane. Providing and fitting of wire Rope as per installed Dia- 22mm,construction- 6x36, type- fibre core quality-1960N/mm2, galvanized , breaking strength-313kn make –usha martin or equivalent, height of lift 27.0mtr&length of each rope drum is 4850mm, length of wire rope 380m, providing and fitting of HOOK along with safety hook(make RAMSHORN or equivalent ) as per sample available at site

SITC of micro motor (5.5kw/945rpm type sq, cage ,frame size- D 132M,no. of poles of motor-6, start/hour-150)

SITC of one no. micro brake type EHT (drum dia-250mm, torque rating-18kg-m, thruster capacity-18 kgs) SITC of one no. micro brake type ACEM(drum dia-180mm, torque rating-10.20kg-m, make- BCH or equivalent)

SITC of micro motor 0.7kw/840rpm type sq. cage framing size D90S, no. of poles of motor-6, start/hour-150, make –ALSTOM or equivalent.

Providing and Removing white or color wash by scrapping and sand papering , steel Brush , Air compressor and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc EOT Crane with scaffolding 20mtr height complete.

Providing of priming Coat With ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works OF EOT CRANE including scaffolding.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even/same shade, one or more coats on old work of EOT CRANE with scaffolding.

Complete job of Overhauling and greasing with alignment of track and replace of wheel roller, bearing of rail lines of complete job of crane with using scaffolding , chain pulley & other accessories 20mtr height. Load test will be done again after Complete bearings overhauling.

SITC of Distance /proximity sensors to measure the movement of Lifting beam during the operation of Gates and other allied work .Installation of HMI,PLC System based control panel of reputed make for exact measuring of gate travelling in meter for up and down movement with the help of Gear box and Encoder system along with complete wiring and other allied work. The screen at least 4ftx2ft on the both side of the girders of the crane.

SITC OF Load Display system of complete upgraded microprocessor controller safety system i.e Load cell. The upgrade system compatible to the Existing system fitted on the EOT crane functionally as well as physically. Display unit size 2ftx4ft is to installed on the both side of the grider of Eot crane and include overload hooter will automatically give the indication. The climate range 10degree to 5 degree throughout the year and with moisture during rainy season the display is ip66/65 waterproof. The display unit LED suitable for working day and night.

Alignment of gantry track by way of removal of old damaged part of track (approx. 20m)by way of dismantling of old rails and installation of new track wherever required by way of grouting and welding of new track with existing track. The job also includes alignment of new rails wherever required including welding of all rail joints, replacing the damaged clamp bolts. rail joints existing concrete. The alignment of the rails has to be done in accordance with the existing rails and the span, rail levels and alignment rails shall not exceed as per standard Tolerances. Packing should be provided where it is required and also application of epoxy mortar system of ASTM C-881 on old Concrete and laser alignment of complete track. The material shall comply to IS: 800-2007 (or latest) - Indian Standard Code of practice for General Construction in steel.
