Excavation in Hilly Area in Ordinary Rock by Mechanical Means not Requiring Blasting. (Excavation in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metres ) (As per PWD SOR MORTH 2022-23 Item code 3-33)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. Hard rock (blasting prohibited) (As per CPWD DSR 2023, Code No.-2.7.3)

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications. (As per PWD SOR MISC 2022-23 Item code 1-2)

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work (As per PWD SOR MISC 2022-23 Item code 4-7)

Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags ( Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position, also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work (As per PWD SOR MISC 2022-23 Item code 4-4)

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications (M15).(As per PWD SOR MORD 2022-23 Item code 11-4-2-1)

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 (The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6) (As per PWD SOR MORD 2024-25 Item code 12-7)

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid Dry, in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction. (As per PWD SOR MISC 2022-23 Item code 1-3)

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials, royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications). (As per PWD SOR MISC 2022-23 Item code 1-5 )

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 75mm diameter. Including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2023, Code No.- 12.41.1)

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification.( As per PWD SOR MORT&H 2022-23 Item code 15-5)

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications Stone/Boulder. ( As per PWD SOR MORT&H 2022-23 Item code 15-4-A)

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions of galvanized steel, of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 3 mm for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions). (As per PWD SOR MISC 2022-23 Item code 1-9)

Slip clearance (by manual means) of earth and boulders including disposal complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (As per PWD SOR MISC 2022-23 Item code 1-10-4)

Cement plaster 15 mm thick 1:4 on stone masonry. (As per PWD SOR MORD 2022-23 Item code 8-5-5)

Engaging and operation of one no. Hydraulic excavator backhoe cum loader machine( Preferably JCB ) with one operator/driver, helper including cost of the fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip/landslide/excavated earth/excavation in dry and wet condition etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in-charge.(NSI)

Engaging and operation of one no. Crane 20 tonne capacity with operator/driver, helper including cost of the fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for Shifting of construction material/Machinery equipments/TMT bar/Structural steel and other heavy items/material including loading and un-loading etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in-charge.(One Job means execution of above work by engaging one no crane for one month). (NSI)

Engaging and operation of one no. Tipper with one operator/driver, helper including cost of the fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip/landslide/excavated earth/excavation in dry and wet condition etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in-charge.(NSI)

Engaging Labour/helpers/beldar with all necessary equipments for emergency work as per requirement at site.(NSI)
