Total Amount of Sch 'A' for out sourcing of following installations:-

Out sourcing of Services for attending complaints and day to day routine maintenance of carpentary work in all types of bldgs up to G+4 storyed by providing Four carpenters (Skilled) with required T&P for one shift of 8 hrs in a day starts from 0900 hrs except Sunday and Gazetted holiday for Rajouri and Naushera area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge covering the following scope :- (a) Easing and adjusting of Wooden doors, windows, vent and Cupboards frames and shutters. (b) Repairs/replacements of Iron/Aluminium mongry of any size/specification i.e. Tower bolt, Sliding bolt, Hasp & Staples, Handles Hinges, door stoppers etc. (c) Repair/Replacements of wire gauge (Steel/Stainless Steel/Aluminium) of any specification including replacement/refixing of Wooden/Steel beads etc. (d) Fixing in repairs/replacement of glass panes of any sizes/thickness of Doors/Windows/Vents including taking down/refixing old/new beads of wooden or steel etc. (e) Repair/replacement of ceiling boards of any sizes and specifications including taking down/refixing old/new beads of wooden etc. (f) All other related joinery/wooden works as directed by EIC. Note- (i) Stores required for attending day to day complaint/maintenance will be issued by department on required basis free for incorporation /fixing. (ii) In case of absent of staff from duty the recovery will be made @Rs 750/shift for each carpenter, from RAR/Bill. iii) In addition to provision already contained in this tender documents the contractor shall also produce attested copies of Adhaar card of all staff employed along with passport size photograph to the Engineer in charge. (iv) The record of attendance of staff employed shall be maintained at B/R complaint cell of MES. The attendance register of staff employed shall indicate the joining time and relieving time of each staff. These register shall be signed by the incharge officer & to be produced to GE along with RAR and final bill. The blank register in proper format of attendance shall be produced by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt. (v) The carpenter so employed by the contractor shall be ITI qualified in requisite trade and having minimum Two years of experience or contractor may employ person having minimum 04 years of experience in requisite trade with the prior approval of the Engineer-in-charge. (vi) All worthful material obtained from work during repair/ replacement shall be deposited in MES store yard and all worthless material shall be disposed off and deposited where directed by th EIC. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (vii) In case of misuse/loss of store issued for complaints shall be charged the double the market rate.(viii) Materials required for daily maintenance will be provided by the MES at MES store yard of respective area. (ix) Transportation required for shifting of material from store to work place shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (x) Distribution of trademen for diffrent location shall be as decided by the Engineer in Charge and contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on this account. (Total trademen to be employed for this item per day = Carpenter (Skilled) - 04 Nos).

Out sourcing of Services for attending complaints and day to day routine maintenance of plumbing work in all types of bldgs up to G+4 storyed by providing Five Plumbers (Skilled) with required T&P for one shift of 8 hrs in a day starts from 0900 hrs except Sunday and Gazetted holiday for Rajouri and Naushera area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge covering the following scope :- (a) fitting of pipes , storage water tanks over flows, any kind of leakages and breaking of pipes . (b) Repairs/replacements of plumbing items and sanitary fittings (c) Attending of all complaints related to water supply and plumbing work. (d) Fixing in repairs/replacement of flush tanks, bib cocks, stop cock and pillar cocks. concealed pipe lines leakages EWC sheet cover replacing connecting Zet spray, shower rose etc. (e) Replacement of WC, WHB etc and other sanitary fittings, out let pipes gate valves all internal water supply fittings repair and replacement etc including taking down/refixing old/new wooden plugs etc. (f) All other related plumbing works as directed by EIC. Note- (i) Stores required for attending day to day complaint/maintenance will be issued by department on required basis free for incorporation /fixing. (ii) In case of absent of staff from duty the recovery will be made @Rs 750/shift for each plumber from RAR/Bill. iii) In addition to provision already contained in this tender documents the contractor shall also produce attested copies of Adhaar card of all staff employed along with passport size photograph to the Engineer in charge. (iv) The record of attendance of staff employed shall be maintained at AGE Level complaint cell of MES. The attendance register of staff employed shall indicate the joining time and relieving time of each staff. These register shall be signed by the incharge officer & to be produced to GE along with RAR and final bill. The blank register in proper format of attendance shall be produced by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt. (v) The plumber so employed by the contractor shall be ITI qualified in requisite trade and having minimum two years of experience or contractor may employ person having minimum 04 years of experience in requisite trade with the prior approval of the Engineer-in-charge. (vi) All worthful material obtained from work during repair/ replacement shall be deposited in MES store yard and all worthless material shall be disposed off and deposited where directed by th EIC. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (vii) In case of misuse/loss of store issued for complaints shall be charged the double the market rate.(viii) Materials required for daily maintenance will be provided by the MES at MES store yard of respective area. (ix) Transportation and ladders etc required for shifting of material from store to work place shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (x) Distribution of trademen for diffrent location shall be as decided by the Engineer in Charge and contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on this account. (Total trademen to be employed for this item per day = Plumber (Skilled)- 05 Nos).

Out sourcing of Services for attending complaints and day to day routine maintenance of cleaning work in all types of bldgs up to G+4 storyed by providing Six Safaiwala (Unskilled) with required T&P for one shift of 8 hrs in a day starts from 0900 hrs except Sunday and Gazetted holiday for Rajouri and Naushera area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge covering the following scope :- (a) Clearing of blockage of floor trap/nahani trap by any means including replacement and refixing of grating and disposing waste outside premises etc. (b) Clearing of blockage WC/WHB upto Ist manhole by suitable methods. (c) Clearing of blockage Gully trap upto Ist manhole by any means. (d) All other similar works of cleaning as directed by EIC. Note- i) Stores required for attending day to day complaint/maintenance will be issued by department on required basis free for incorporation /fixing. (ii) In case of absent of staff from duty the recovery will be made @Rs 500/shift for each safaiwala. (iii) In addition to provision already contained in this tender documents the contractor shall also produce attested copies of Adhaar card of all staff employed along with passport size photograph to the Engineer in charge.(iv) The record of attendance of staff employed shall be maintained at B/R complaint cell of MES. The attendance register of staff employed shall indicate the joining time and relieving time of each staff. These register shall be signed by the incharge officer & to be produced to GE along with RAR and final bill. The blank register in proper format of attendance shall be produced by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt. (v) The safaiwala so employed by the contractor shall have minimum 04 years of experience in requisite trade with the prior approval of the Engineer-in-charge. (vi) All worthful material obtained from work during repair/ replacement shall be deposited in MES store yard and all worthless material shall be disposed off and deposited where directed by th EIC. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (vii) In case of misuse/loss of store issued for complaints shall be charged the double the market rate.(viii) Materials required for daily maintenance will be provided by the MES at MES store yard of respective area. (ix) Transportation required for shifting of material from store to work place shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (x) Distribution of trademen for diffrent location shall be as decided by the Engineer in Charge and contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on this account. (Total trademen to be employed for this item per day = Safaiwala (Unskilled)- 06 Nos).

NOTE:- (a) The Lump sum estimated cost mentioned above is based on the current minimum fair wages pronounced vide GOI, Ministry of Labour and Employment office of the CLC(C) New Delhi vide their No F.No.1/20(3)/2020-LS-II dated 12 Oct 2020 effective wef from 01.10.2020 and do not includes insurance, EPF and GST. (b) However contractor shall be responsible for compliance of all statutory provisions relating to minimum wage rates, labour laws/acts and insurance, rules/ regulations framed by Govt time to time in respect of the persons employed by him. (c) The tenderer shall work out his lump sum amount which includes all applicables taxes, EPF, Insurance, GST, all other expenditure such as stationary, uniform, shoes, safety equipment, etc and anticipated increase of wages during the currency of the contract. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (d) In case the payment made by the contractor is less than the minimum wages to the labourer, no payment shall be admissible to the contractor. (e) The contractor shall produce documentary evidence in support of salary disbursed to their employed trademen for the subject work alongwith documentary evidence of EPF deposited in favour of employed labourer, failing which no payments shall also be admissibe to the contractor and contractor shall be liable to pay the penality of applicable EPF. (f) The payment of salary to the staff employed shall be made by the contractor within 1st week of each month but not later than 7th day of each month, failing which one percent of quoted amount penalty per week subject to maximum of 10 percent for delay in payment to their employed trademen shall be liable to be paid by the contractor. (g) Items to be replaced shall be obtained by the staff from MES store yard and unserviceable material shall be deposited in the store yard. (h) POL required for operation and maintenance shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for filling and contractor shall draw and transport the POL from MES store to the work site at his own arrangement. (j) No claim what so ever on account of delay in payment of RAR due to the default of contractor shall be admissible at later stage. (k) Contractor is responsible for taking shut down of electricity before repair/replacement of electric equipments/services and no claim what so ever on this account for any kind of miss happening/damages shall be entertained.
