Providing and Supplying of Chemicals and CRMs for District and Taluk level Chemical Laboratories in Chitradurga

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Providing certified copies about the official valid registration of the organization/company/firm. (Certificate of Registered Place of Business Certificate)

THE PURITY OF ALL THE CHEMICALS SUPPLIED SHALL BE WITHIN THERANGE OF 99-100%

The bidder should quote the price including transportation charges and Include GST charges

THE BIDDERS HAS TO SUBMIT FINANCIAL PROPOSAL INCLUDING GST AND THE GST WILL BE PAID AS PER PREVAILING RATES

Date of Manufacturing of Chemicals/consumables shall be of latest manufacturing, should not be more than 2 months.

THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE CHEMICALS SHALL BE AT LEAST OF Three (03)YEARS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE PURCHASER

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements not less than 80% of the requirement in any one of the last 3 years. However, it will be 40% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises of the quantity required in any one of the last 2 years

The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years and tenderer should furnish the authorization letter obtained from the manufacturer in the prescribed format (attached)

FOR INTERPRETATIONS OF CLAUSES, CONDITIONS, SPELLING MISTAKES, ETC.,DECISION OF EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, RDW&S, Chitradurga IS FINAL

The participating firms should ensure that the chemicals are of Genuine, good quality and in good condition, if at any stage it is found that the item supplied is of sub- standard quality/inferior quality will be rejected forth with

The supply of chemicals has to be made within the 20 days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order otherwise the supply order will be cancelled

THE PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE AS PER THE AVAILABILITY OF THE FUNDS SUBJECT TO THE FURTHER ORDERS OF HIGHER OFFICIALS/AUTHORITIES

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be Usually not less than estimated cost of the quanitity during the last 3 preceeding financial years However It will be 50% of the estimated cost of the quantitiy with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises during the last 2 preceeding financial years
