FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT OF AC PLANTS AT JOC, ND SCHOOL, NSRY AREA INCLUDING PERIODICAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF COLD STORAGE EQUIPMENT AT BV YARD INHS SANJIVANI HOSPITAL, REPAIR /MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEMS OF CERTAIN CENTRAL AND PA

Providing services of One AC mechanic per shift for central/package type AC Plants from 0600 hours to next day 0600 hours in three shifts per day and night (i.e. 8 hours per shift) including Sundays and holidays as per users requirement during summer/monsoon/winter and maintain the inside temperature and RH as per design and/or the requirement of users (where air conditioning have been provided) including carrying out of daily check up and cleaning complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC for the following plants installed at locations shown:-:- At JOINT OPERATION CENTRE(K) (i) 26 X2 =52 TR capacity (In operation) (ii) 26 X1=26 TR capacity (As Stand by)

Ditto All as per Item No 1, but for installation at FATS (SEAKING SIMULATOR): (i) 60X2 =120 TR capacity (In operation) (ii) 60X1=60 TR capacity (As Stand by) (iii) DG set 375 KVA as standby power supply (iv) Dehumidifier -(01 workng+1 Stand by)

Notes for Item No 1 and 2: (i) Minor complaints shall be done through Ac plant operator of respective central AC Plant Tripping i.e. strainer blockage, dries chock, solenoid failures, valves failure, water level maintain in CTs etc shall be included in above quoted rate. (ii) Operators employed for duties round the clock and the Shift operator having ITI/ITC pass in Refrigeration Mechanic trade from any Govt recognised college/institutions and having min 2 years experience in AC plant operations. (iii) Contractor shall be include the cost/expense in unit rate for providing the protecting cloths, tools, computer,& consumables and shift uniform for operator on deployed work. (iv) Certificate of Technical education qualification for the employing person shall be procured before assigning the job. (v) The operator should be filling of daily log sheets and deposit monthly, Log books shall be provided by contractor for entire duration of CA. (vi) Security of entire AC plants area shall be rest with contractor to ensure that no other person should be entered without permission of JE/EIC/GE. (vii) All necessary tools should be available with contractor, Contractor ensure cleaning of installation and Ac plant premises internal and external including roof top of building are deemed to be inclusive details of minimum staffs to be employed. (vii) Unit rate shall be deemed to be including all type of taxes, contribution towards social welfare of workers as per labour act i.e. EPF,ESIC,Insurance etc necessary documents shall be provide before claiming if any payments.

Preventive Maintenance of monthly and check up of Bitzer Blast cold storage 48000 BTU of 2 units including 2 ODU+ 2 IDU (-)30 °C operation with R- 404A Refrigerant gas two stage, semi hermetically sealed compressor consisting 4 cylinder, controlled with electronically operated solenoid valve for liquid system, complete all as specified and directed.

Preventive Maintenance monthly and check up of Danfoss cold room plant (-)18 °C with(50000 BTU) of 3 units including 3 ODU +3 IDU, R-404 A Refrigerant, The compressor hermetically sealed , equipped with electronically controlled solenoid valve system. The system have individual accumulated to verify and control the liquid gas flow including micro processor controlled electrical panel indoor blower unit controlled with fans and other electrical circuits with electronically operated solenoid valve for liquid system, complete all as specified and directed

Preventive Maintenance monthly and check up of Blue star cold room of capacity upto 30000 BTUof 4 units including 4 IDU+4ODU, R-22 Refrigerant temp to be stabled +4 °C equipped with electrically operated micro processor control panel including blower fans and other electrical circuits of the system to be checked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preventive Maintenance monthly and check up of Blue star cold room at sanjivani Hospital plant (-) 18 °C with (10000 BTU) of 2 units including 2 IDU + 2 ODU,R-404 A Refrigerant. The compressor hermetically sealed. Equipped with electronically controlled solenoid valve system. The system have individual accumulated to verify and control the liquid gas flow including micro processor controlled electrical panel indoor blower unit controlled with fans and other electrical circuits of the entire system to be checked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preventive Maintenance monthly and check up of Blue star cold room at sanjivani hospital temp to be stabled +4 °C with capacity upto 12000 BTU of 2 units including 1 IDU+1 ODU ,R-22 Refrigerant including in door blower unit equipped with electrically operated micro processor control panel including blower fans and other electrical circuits of the system to be checked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for serial No 4 to 8 (a) All Major spares shall be measured and paid under relevant items Here in after. (b) Each servicing/checkup of cold storages by OEM/authorised dealers shall be carried out once in two months up to contact duration, and at any time of breakdown call by MES rep. (c)The job above quoted shall be included for all labour cost, except electrical control panels with parts

Supply and fix of digital temperature gauge of subzero model SZ7504 of working Temperature range -50°C to +99°Ccomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Catchall -sub cooling.

Supply only liquid line drier ( Model 604).

Supply only Evaporator Motor working capacity of 1.0 HP on 230 V for cold room suitable in existing indoor unit.

Supply only drain heater working on 230 V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Cold Room Defrost Heater working on 230 V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of weather proof LED tube lights,230Volt,along with copper cable as required for connecting existing points at inside cold rooms complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Compressor oil suitable working for existing R-134 and R-404 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gas (404 A) in sealed cylinder Note: Empty cylinders to be returned to contractor after use.

Supply only Gas R-22 suitable for Cold storage outdoor units in sealed cylinder Note: Empty cylinders to be returned to contractor after use.

Supply and fixing in replacement of single core copper cable of size 6 Sqmm connection along with copper lugs in existing starter connections/pump/motor connections etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for servicing of chiller/condenser pump of capacity up to 5 HP including disconnecting & dismantling ,replacement of unserviceable bearings, water seal, gland bush, suitable gaskets/rubbers, nut bolts, terminal box and gland packing including reassembled and refixing the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Ditto All as per Item No 25 but for 7.5 HP to 10 HP.

Ditto All as per Item No 25 but for 12.5HP to 15 HP.

Dismantling of electric motor 3 phase 415 V 15 HP to 25 HP transport to local work shop and taking out of bearing and re-metaling the bearing housing, including rewinding with same gauge super enameled copper insulated wire grinding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, varnishing, drying, re-assembling the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation all as directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for Servicing/repairing of pump starter panel of capacity up to 5 HP (DOL) of chiller/condenser pump/CT motor/compressor motor in AC plants, including decarbonizing, tightening of control cable terminations, cable glands, and end termination crimping by attending with skilled Electricians and helper, with necessary T&P for checking and make functional at Various locations in Naval base Kochi. Notes: (i) Any major work identified while attending the above job shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item below as supply and fix. (ii) Minor spares up to 100 Rs per unit shall be included in the above quoted rate

Supply and replace STAR DELTA timer with coil voltage 230/415V for 3-30 sec range all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace timer ET 100 electronic coil voltage 230/415V for 3-10 sec range all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace single phasing preventer, suitable for 380V-415V, AC all as specified and directed.

M&L for Attending breakdown call for Electric fault in AC plant LT panel for MCCBs/Electric LT panel bus bar reconditioning, cable gland and end termination crimping of 3 Ph elect supply LT cables, Any type of electrical complaint pertains to AC plants with skilled Electricians and helper , with necessary T&P for checking the equipment at Various locations in Naval base Kochi, find out the faults to the equipments (including replacement of minor parts such as lugs,fuses,wires,nuts,bolts,washers,etc,) complete and rectification of minor problems to make the plant functional , all as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. Note: (i) Any major work identified while attending the above job shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item below as supply and fix (ii) Minor spares up to 100 Rs per unit shall be included in the above quoted rate

Supply and replace MCCB 415V, 36 KA, 4 pole DN 3, 400 Amp with spreader terminals, including taking down unserviceable MCCB all as specified and directed.
