Unforeseen works to comply DGCA and Safety Audit observations at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata

Laying of following size permanently lubricated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe along-with accessories like coupler, bend, tee etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing, Cement concrete Apron Area) at a depth of 3 m to 5 m through Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and placing end cap at both ends, after doing Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey and submitting its report of the Underground Utilities etc. complete as required as per the Technical Specifications. Up to OD 63 mm/ ID 50 mm.

Design, Fabrication, supply & installation of MS Isolating Transformer Housing Box of size 750mm x 350 mm x 450 mm (H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet (counter shunk fitting, th top cover will also have round blank plate with M-10 nuts and bolts which will be replaced by fittings base plate wherever required.) including rust proof hanging arrangement for transfomer and ASD, side holes for cable entry as required and earth studs (inside and outsides) with nuts washers. All inserts should be suitable for M-10 size bolt i/c supply of M 10 SS Bolt including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint and installation with civil work/existing trench in soil/gravel along with making suitable slope to level of runway/taxiway all around the housing box as per DGCA requirement and cuttingg, levelling, fixing, painting, lettering, numbering etc. complete as required.

Installation of MS transformer housing box in soil of size 750mm x 350 mm x 450 mm (H) using cement concrete 1:2:4, 100 mm all around the box and pedestal of 0.30m & 0.10m thick all around the box making suitable slope to level of runway / taxiway all around the housing box as per drawing and painting, lettering, numbering etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of Transformer Housing Box along with Isolating Transformers/ASDs if any and carrying the same to stores, keeping in safe custody and handing back to AAI on completion of the project/as decided by the EIC.

Supply of following size cover plates fabricated from 10mm thick MS plate, suitable for Isolating transformer housing boxes i/c making holes, drilling, tapping, finishing and fixing the same with 6 nos. 1.5" long, M-10 S.S. bolts, plain washers, spring washers etc. i/c painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (b) 330 mm x 330 mm square base plate

Supply of following size cover plates fabricated from 10mm thick MS plate, suitable for Isolating transformer housing boxes i/c making 6nos holes on the edges, drilling, tapping, finishing, i/c pencil grinding (bevelling) of outer edge to get a 'C' shaped finished surface and carrying the same to site and placing them properly over round opening of collars, housing boxes etc. i/c painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 300 mm dia circular base plate

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 70 mm and width upto 20 mm, using expansion joints/construction joints as far as possible, cleaning, drying, disposing FODs including laying 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cables by wrapping cotton tape, providing polysulphide, primar, backer rod etc complete as required along with arranging water bowser, mobile DG sets etc. whatever necessary to work in a operational airport.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 95 mm and width upto 20 mm, using expansion joints/construction joints as far as possible, cleaning, drying. disposing FODs including laying 3 or 4 nos secondary lead along with earth cables by wrapping cotton tape, providing polysulphide, primer, backer rod etc. complete as required along with arranging water bowser, mobile DG sets etc. whatever necessary to work in a operational airport.

Supply of AMA make PAPI reflector etc. as required.

Supply of 45 Watt Halogen lamp, (OSRAM make cat no.64321 / NARVA make cat no.58323) suitable for use in existing Airfield lighting fittings at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata.

Supply of 200 W, 6.6 A, single ended bi-pin Halogen lamp, Cat No. OSRAM make cat no.64386 or Philips/NARVA make, Cat No. 58373, suitable for use in existing Airfield lighting fittings at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata.

Supply of 48W, 6.6Amp, Airfield halogen lamp (OSRAM Cat No.64337A ‘OR’ NARVA Make Cat No. 58333 Equivalent suitable for use in existing Airfield lighting fittings at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata.

Supply of EFLA make Primary connector kit, Type KD 500/YG, FAA certified 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core, 6sqmm. copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required confirming to the technical specification.

Supply of Bildal make Primary connector kit, FAA certified 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core, 6sqmm. copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required confirming to the technical specification.

Supply of EFLA make FAA certified Secondary connector kit suitable for connection 2C x 4 sq. mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables etc. complete as required and confirming to the technical specification.

Supply of Bildal make FAA certified Secondary connector kit suitable for connection 2C x 4 sq. mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables etc. complete as required and confirming to the technical specification.

Supply of M-10 SS hardware (set of 6 SS bolts, 6 SS washers) etc. as required

Dismantling of existing inset fitting of size 8 inch dia including shallow base by core cutting, making it debris free/clean, sealing the cables/pipe ends, cleaning, disposing debris upto 10 KM away and keeping the dismantled materials in safe custody and handing back to AAI at the completion of the project / as decided by the Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete as required. It includes all precautionary measures to be taken not to interrupt AGL serviceability in other areas where work permit is not granted.

Installation, testing and Commissioning of inset type fittings of size 8 inch dia, with core cutting. aligning and setting after identifying the points i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, ASD, Crimping / Jointing of Plug receptacles & other accessories, connection etc. complete for commissioning except supply of fixture, isolating transformer, ASD, plug & receptacles, complete as per directions of the Engineer In charge.

Installation, testing and Commissioning of inset type fittings of size 12 inch dia, with core cutting. aligning and setting after identifying the points i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, ASD, Crimping / Jointing of Plug receptacles & other accessories, connection etc. complete for commissioning except supply of fixture, isolating transformer, ASD, plug & receptacles, complete as per directions of the Engineer In charge.

Supply of following XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, aluminum conductor, armoured 1.1 KV grade, MV power cable generally confirming to IS 7098 (part - 1) 1988 with upto date amendments as required. 3.5 x 120 sqmm

Supply of following XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, aluminum conductor, armoured 1.1 KV grade, MV power cable generally confirming to IS 7098 (part - 1) 1988 with upto date amendments as required. 4 x 16 sqmm

Supply of Iron brackets, feeder pillar legs, angles, coupling, other MS items etc. of various sizes i/c fabrication etc. as per site requirement

Supply of GI couplers, legs, brackets, arms, other GI items etc. of various sizes i/c fabrication etc. as per site requirement

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armored / unarmored, aluminum / copper conductor AFL / power cable of voltage grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the cable duct / masonry trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Laying of one number 2C x 4 sq. mm AFL secondary cable along with 1C x 4 sq. mm earth cable of voltage grade not exceeding 1.1 KV in the METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Supply of GP2 compound for AGL fitting installation etc. as required.

Construction of brick masonry chamber with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and R.C.C. top slab surrounded by 'C' type iron frame (5 mm thick) with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and hooking arrangement for easy lifting the top slab and the foundation concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete as per standard design: (Inside dimensions 1200 x 1200 mm and 1000 mm deep) i/c submission of GPS coordinate at each chamber location etc. and as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.

Carrying out welding and gas cutting works on per day basis as and when required including deploying welder, helper and providing machinery, generator and consumables for welding and gas cutting of MS housing boxes and other items in operational area i/c obtaining all entry permits etc complete as required

Provision of Solar LED Road Hold Position Lights of make Ray Dynamics Model No. SHPL-12-A-FB-R or similar as per DGCA CAR / ICAO Annexure-14 etc. complete as required.

Provision of Retro reflective STOP sign board of size 610mm x 300mm x 4mm at different Road holding points etc. complete as required.

Supplying 1 run x 63 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE-63, PN-6) as per IS-4984 and IS marked with up-to-date amendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. as required.

Supplying 1 run x 50 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE-63, PN-6) as per IS-4984 and IS marked with up-to-date amendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. as required.

SITC of dust & vermin proof TTA outdoor feeder pillar (approx size 1200 x 1200 x 450 mm) made of not less than 2 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size confirming to IP 55 protection with suitable 04 strip aluminium busbars, astronomical timer switch,slanting roof, hinged lockable double door , painting, removable gland plate at the bottom with required predrilled holes/knockouts, inter connections,wiring, earthing including associated civil works e.g providing masonary pedestals height (30 to 40 cm approx) as as per the agency submitted design / drawing approved by E-I-C alongwith following items. 250 A , 4 P MCCB - 02 nos. (Incomer) Change over switch - 01 set. RYBN Aluminium Busbars Outgoing: 100A 4P MCCB - 04 Nos. MCBs 2P 32A- 02 Nos. RYB indication lamps with ON/OFF and trip indication in all, incoming and outgoing - 1 set Digital volt meter (0 to 500 V) at both incopmers -02 nos. Digital ammeter (0 to 500 A) at both incopmers -02 nos. with suitables CTs Astronomical timer switch -1 set Other items & accessories - as required Note: All the control / indication wiring should be seperate & individual MCB as required.

Job contract for Preventive and Break Down Maintenance of Airfield Signages of NSCBI Airport Kolkata on round the clock basis to comply operational requirement as per DGCA CAR / ICAO including testing documentation, sundry matrials but excluding spare parts and photometry checking etc. complete as required. Note: The contractor needs to deploy minimum manpower as per SCC.

DSR item (Rate will be considered % above / below of or equal to 100% of DSR 2022 E&M rate). Estimate amount considered ₹20,00,000.00 (Excluding GST) NOTE: - a) The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2022 Items as when required basis. b) Payment of DSR rate will be made excluding GST considered in the Rate of DSR/DAR-2022 (Calculation sheet attached in the Tender Document). Example for quoting the rate: - (i)Agency Quoting ₹18,00,000‬.00 in the Rate stands for 10% below the Estimate amounting of ₹20,00,000.00 net amount will be 18,00,000‬.00 and payment will be made 10% below on DSR 2022 rate against items.
